Good beach spot, decent amount of parking and a wide beach to accommodate a lot of people. Reasonably quick jaunt from St Jean.

Went to this beach multiple times during our stay at St. Barth's and it's by far our favorite. Clear warm water and hardly any waves. We liked going in the morning better than the afternoon because we had the whole beach to ourselves. That being said even when it's crowded it's large enough that you are able to find your... More

Very clean, white sand beach, totally wild, surrounded with hills from both sides. Parking nearby. Restaurant up the hill.

Really enjoyed this beach. It was super quiet with most people reading or sunning themselves. There is some shaded areas but mostly beautiful sand and crystal clear water.

This beach was a nice private getaway. We packed our lunch for the day and enjoyed the afternoon on this beach. It wasn't very crowded and we even enjoyed watching the goats eating on a nearby cliff.

The beach is gorgeous and well worth the visit. In comparison to others that we went to (Grand Saline, Columbier), this is the easiest one to get to as parking is immediately adjacent to the beach entrance. We found the waves a bit choppier and it also has a more dramatic drop off when entering the water. You'll find an... More

Very short walk from the car park. This was the most picturesque beach we visited. The waves were bigger than the others which we enjoyed, but not too big so as not to lend it's hand to carrying a beverage into the surf. The water dropped off quickly to deeper depths, which may not be good for children. Matter of... More

We've been to Gouverneur's 4-5 times during our two visits to St. Barth and - along with Colombier - rate highest on our all-time best beaches. This beach has adequate parking (paved) and a lovely charm all its own. The entrance is a short tree-lined path that opens into a large cove with rock formations at each end. The water... More

This was another favorite beach in St. Barts. It has the calmest waters and most relaxing vibe. It is easy to find, but slightly out of the way and very secluded. It was pretty sparse when we visited, which was fine with us. I could have stayed in the calm, clear water all day! My favorite part was to sit... More

My favorite beach on the island and on the earth! The water and the sand, the tranquility and peace of this special beach are unique. Can my ashes please be brought here once I am gone?
