Not the most gorgeous or dramatic of settings, but this beach is a pleasant setting with powdery sand and moderate surf. There IS a lot of construction going on nearby...our solution? Go on Sunday, when the hammers are quite and you may well have the...More

Spent three hours on this lovely beach sunbathing and walking from end to end. It is a large beach and had hardly anyone on it so we had plenty of room to spread out. The only downside was there is quite a bot of building...More

An average beach for SB. Does have the really good Cheval Blanc for beachfront lunch at the east end. In the middle is one of the only public entries - park on the narrow road and walk down between two houses. About 75’ from the...More

Would be a fine beach any where else but not worth the trip with so many other wonderful beaches on St. Barths.

Anse des Flamands is a very beautiful and quiet section of St. Barth’s. The beach is pristine. During our visit, much of the area around this beach was undergoing restoration from Hurricane Irma.

Peaceful and quiet with spectacular views. From the main port it takes a bit to get there. Hitchhiking is common in these parts. So we were adventurous and hitch hiked. Lol Loved every moment.

We had a dinner rez at La Langouste so we stopped by Flamands beach first. There was nowhere to park, so we just pulled over on the side of the road. This part of the island seemed more like "old St Barths" than where we...More

This was a gorgeous beach area. It was not very crowded, had some small waves providing a relaxing sound, and was perfect for walking or jogging. I liked that the distance from the shore to the water was ample. The sand was like sugar though...More
