The woman on the bus was very knowledgeable and provided excellent preparation. The guy on the actual kayaks was so-so. He talked too much, told the same jokes several times, and did not direct us on how to see the bioluminescence. I stopped listening to him and started putting my hands in the water to actually experience it. If you make the trip all the way over there and pay for the tour, the focus should be on making sure the clients experience what they went there to see.

The whole experience was very professional. From safety measures to the very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. I'm from PR and yet leaned a lot about this natural wonder and the need to support it's preservation.

David was an amazing kayak guide. His team on the water made the whole trip worth it. The ride over was educational and we really learned a ton. The kayaks are glass bottom which really adds to the experience. I’d advise you to heed David’s advice and stay close to the mangroves when you kayak in. The fish like to stay close to them; and when they dart off, it looks like fireworks in the water. It was an easy paddle that I’d recommend for anyone no matter your shape or size. It was the highlight of our vacation and an experience we’ll talk about for years!

The guides were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Denise one of the owners ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Rude from the start, but most of all body shamed my 26 year old daughter on a bus full of strangers. Not once, not twice, but three times. Spoke to her there about her actions. Spoke to her on the phone about her actions. Still defends her words. Strangers apologized to my daughter. So plus size ladies beware (I’m plus size) put you’re armor on. I wouldn’t return to this establishment even if it was free. There are more tours offered in the bay in the same area. We passed many groups.

Great bio bay tour! Very educational and fun, and affordable! The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. They made sure we were safe and got to see the best of the bay, the bioluminescence was mesmerizing!
