We are not fans of crowds. We are especially not fans of crowds on a beach. Navio Beach was perfect for us. It is somewhat difficult to get to making it fairly private. The beach id very clean and there were no weed beds under...More

Driving to this beach without a jeep isn't possible most of the time but it is only about a 15-min walk from the parking area of Playa Media Luna. There is enough walking space on the side of the road to avoid the giant puddles....More

This was an awesome beach for us as we like jumping into the waves. This is not a calm beach but it is beautiful. The are small caves to the left of the beach to go into. We spent an entire afternoon here and didn't...More

This beach was worth the drive. But make sure you get a jeep to do it. The road was very muddy and rutted.

Hard to get to, but tough to beat. We had the beach to our selves. It is not a huge beach, but the sand is wonderful and the surf made swimming fun. There was not a lot of undertow, so it felt safe to frolic...More

You will need four wheel drive to get to this beach. The road is rough. You will encounter gigantic pot holes. Trees will brush up against the side of your vehicle. You will wonder if you are lost in the jungle. Then, you will see...More

This beach is very secluded due to the fact that it's not easy to get to, with large crater like pot holes blocking a lot of the road, a jeep and courage is needed. Secluded beaches means you will find the most beautiful beach on...More

We went to 8 beaches on Vieques and Playa Navio was by far my favorite. Soft, fine sand, clear waters, nice waves for swimming. It feels pretty private with far fewer people than some of the bigger beaches, get there early and you'll be on...More

Don't be afraid of the drive. It's .4 miles from Luna Beach and its bumpy in that section of road but not like the reviews say. For anyone that's driven a dirt mountain road this is a piece of cake. The beach is amazing. White...More

No! I left my flip-flops on the sand under the back of our rental Jeep. (Bad idea) They were stolen while we were enjoying the beach. Crimes of opportunity are common here bit violent crime is pretty much unheard of.
