Upon communication with this guest and verifying the facts it is evident this is a misleading, malicious and false review.
This guest booked our Private Powerboat Charter on our website where the boat advertised (27' Contender POWERboat, not our SAILING catamaran) and the boat they went on is in fact the same one with a big, clear picture on the listing. The description of this service and inclusions in terms of food (light lunch of wraps) and drinks (soda and water) is also clearly listed on our site and were also provided and consumed by guests.
This guest was somehow expecting to be on our sailing catamaran "Ohana", which our website clearly lists is only in the San Juan area. Our powerboat "Kaizen" which is in the Fajardo area and only services the Private POWERboat Charter was in fact the boat they booked and went on. This is a new service we are providing and as such doesn't have much pictures on our main website photos so the pictures the guest refers to are of our main sailing catamaran service and we can see where the guest may have gotten mixed up.
We have never, in 6 years of operation, used any other boat than the ones we advertise. We take a libelous "false advertising" claim very seriously and will proceed with further actions to see this corrected.
