Stopped by to pick up cigars for family and friends at home. The staff is more than helpful and after purchasing a sample pack of 9 they made sure that they would not be damaged on the plane. Great quality cigars .. recommend

We popped in here because of the sign for rums. It's an odd little shop and we discovered their main draw are the cigars. We tasted the rums but didn't buy any rum, nor cigars.

My husband isn't big on traveling, and when he left in search of a cigar shop while I had a drink with friends at Hotel El Convento while we were in San Juan for a cruise, I couldn't help fearing that something would go wrong....More

This place has the smoothest cigars offered: 100% puerto rican, organic, hand-rolled cigars. The service was authentic and a very learning encounter. I even sat down and smoked a cigar whilst conversing to the staff about the island, life ordeals, and even sports.

Greeted by a gracious staff and Don himself. We're definitely not cigar snobs but we appreciate a good smoke. We were not disappointed with our choice of smoke and tasty rum. We really appreciate hearing stories of Don's father who was a New York City...More

Don Collins is the only brand of cigars sold at this shop. While the cigar was very tasty it was $20 for one torpedo cigar and a Diet Pepsi. The staff was very friendly. Old sofas and plastic chairs are what they offer for seating

Don Collins advertises that there was hand rolling of cigars in the store. Apparently that is NOT the case. They have cigars that are hand rolled for them, but no longer in the shop. The cigars themselves are loosely rolled, and at $11.25 for the...More

Hi, There's only a shop on that location, you can buy and/or try their products. But the staff is really ok, I believe you can mail them and ask if you can see the manufacturing process. Catalin
