Wow

Reoppened in 2010, this park is amazing with the modern art installations, the elevated walking boards and a all over good place to walk in the heart of the city.

Muñoz Rivera Park, is conveniently located between the Old San Juan, Condado Area, and Convention Center Area. Half a mile safe walk to Condado Area, and half a mile to the Old San Area. There are many food kiosks and trucks, fountains, bike and walking trails, lots of trees. There are public bathrooms. A favorite area for joggers, or the... More

Just west of the Condado area on your way to Old San Juan, it's easy to miss this beautiful park with statues of many Latin American figures, and some very old buildings. It's a nice open space that could use a little more TLC, but still a beautiful park.

We took a stroll in this beautiful park that is close to el Condado at the entrance to old San Juan. It's a park that resembles a European type. Its very close to el Escambron and the Caribe Hilton hotel. It is an urban oasis.

I was walking from my hotel in Isla Verde to old San Juan, which is a really long walk at nearly 11 kms and I had to stop a few times along the way and this was my favourite stop late at night when I needed a rest. It was deserted and I would just sit and enjoy the cool... More

This 27 acre park is only a 5-10 minute stroll form the Hilton Caribe and yet is missed by many guests staying there. It is a really nice park that seems to be used a lot by the locals. There are several statues lining the southern side commemorating significant persons in Latin American history in addition to the one of... More

I found this park really interesting and there are lots of people sitting around and having picnics in the park on Sundays.

Frequent artisen fairs, always fun for kids. Bandshell and trails. Very nicely kept. A lovely stroll, but no reason to be passing by unless you're walking from Old San Juan to Escambron Beach.

Located on the way to Old San Juan, across from what used to be the Reserve Officer's Club. It has a small edification built by the Spaniards as a small armory. It has been converted to a museum. It also features statues of Latin American heroes, such as Simon Bolivar, Arturo Prats, etc. It also has a small pavilion for... More

This park is practically in front of the Caribe Hilton hotel at the entrance of Old San Juan. I like it here, nice place to walk or sit and read a book. Nice place to go with you're kids too. Right across the street is the El Escambron beach area. So, if you also want to do that its just... More
