Concerning the weights and swimming challenges, these are common issues for first-time divers, particularly when swimming skills are still developing. Contrary to the assertion of a life-threatening situation, all participants engaged in the entire 45-minute activity underwater. For safety reasons, especially during initial dives, we remain in shallow waters to mitigate potential risks, allowing participants to ascend easily if needed.
It's disheartening to read your post, particularly as you expressed satisfaction with your instructor post-dive. However, we understand that expectations for marine life sightings may vary, and ocean conditions are unpredictable. Unfortunately, the refund request based on the perceived lack of marine life contradicts the positive feedback received immediately after the activity.
