Enjoyed the quick tour. The drinka here were good. But be sure and pay for your extra drink when you purchase tickets. The price jumps from $9 to $14 if you wait until after tour. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and they gave us a great idea for a Christmas drink with sample.

Visited Nov 2016. This tour was NOT worth it, save your $$. A boring tour of 2 rooms with pictures on the walls...that was it! 1st room: Pictures of the family of Bacardi. 2nd Room was illustrations on a wall of how rum is made. The whole tour was about 10 minutes per room. They couldn't get the group over... More

Went on the 'tour' of what we thought would be the Bacardi facility. Received one drink prior to the tour, outside under a tent area. Had a choice of a few mixtures including rum & coke. The glass (plastic) was ours to keep afterwards. Staff at the ticket and bar area were not friendly or welcoming on the day we... More

This was one stop on a cruise excursion. Was conducted by a lovely young lady - very knowledgeable. The plant was interesting and the drinks along the way tasty. A small welcome rum punch, a tasty sip of an Old Fashion and a huge drink at the completion with a souvenier glass. All in all - great fun. Its a... More

As you wait for the tour to begin, you get 2 tickets to redeem for free drinks. Not bad for a free tour. This tour is a walk through tour. Learning the history of this great rum. Its a must see.

It was ok but cost more than it was worth. We did the tour via our cruise ship. We received a little cup with more ice than rum for our first sample. The tour guides were good and very informative but the tour was short. We did receive a drink after the tour which was good but to get a... More

We took the ferry from Old San Juan- very easy and great views looking back to the port. Chose the $15 tour which included a cocktail, small rum tasting and talks about the history of Bacardi and mixology. It was excellent and would recommend taking it. Food, cocktails and staff in Georgina were great too. All in all a highly... More
