Perhaps a visit to a distillery isn't always historic, but the Bacardi brand goes way back. Thoroughly enjoyed the rum tasting tour. Excellent guide, friendly group and very good rum. Will return and perhaps try the mixology tour.

The tour itself is roughly 90 minutes. You get a very brief history of Bacardi and the tasting is the bulk. You're paying for the rum, so drink all of it. The regular tour is an hour and you learn quite a bit more on that... More
