Wonderful walk and great pictures! While we were there they were having a Coast Guard ceremony so that was neat to see as well.

Great to watch the sunset, sightseeing, romantic walk, look at the stars, kites flying, or to visit El Morro historic site. I get there every time I visit the Island. Near hotels, clubs, bars, and parks. Hard to find a bathroom; be prepared!

A must to visit. The tour of the fort and the magnificent view will be a magical history tour. The park rangers are given historical information to tell. Research more and you will be enchanted

Recommended as a must-see by all of the locals...they were right. Yes, it is very touristy, but it is a 500 year old fort that is in amazing condition with a cool story. Check it out, you will enjoy it.

This site provides good historical information. We arrived on a cruise line we hired a local tour guide (cheaper) at the port. He provided good information and magnificent coastal views and cemetery and a safe view of LaPerla neighborhood.

We will be visiting Puerto Rico in July. We have a National Parks Passport and wish to have it stamped when we tour the National Historical Site (NHS). Where is the NHS visitor center located in San Juan?
