Has a great time exploring the streets of San juan. People were lovely and the streets very pretty. Would definitely reccomend a visit to anyone cruising to Puerto Rico or staying here

I could not answer either question, I used uber when I was there it was very inexpensive tok do so. Conditions are still very shake there, your hotel can confirm more about what is occurring in real time.

Yes, there are several in old San Juan, and the Caribe and Condado Hilton's (just 5 minutes away) are both operating. I would call them instead of using the on line reservations, to ensure accurate service.
