We had an excellent experience with city cab. We scheduled an early morning pickup for 4am online. We received confirmation via text the day before and our driver arrived on time. Would definitely schedule early/late pickups with city cab again!

Joel was great all throughout - including his clear pickup instructions and flexibility with delays caused by airline issues on 24th December. He was very polite all throughout and helped us with our baggage after a late night arrival at airport with tired two lil kids. It was a very smooth journey to our destination. I highly recommend him and his company for your shuttle service in Puerto Rico! Big thumbs up 👍

Our plane got delayed 7 hours, so we did not arrive at the San Juan Airport until 11:30 pm. During our delay I called city cab to see if they could take us from SJU to our hotel in Ponce at that time. They were very friendly and accommodating. They sent me the invoice per email and I paid it with ease. Joe was there waiting for us when we landed. He took us to our hotel. He was friendly and professional. They were so accommodating, we booked with them again when we left. Joe again took us to the airport. we will use citycab again when we visit Puerto Rico again.
