My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) loved this adventure. It was so much fun an unlike anything else we saw offered in PR. We loved the rain forest hike and the zip lining, but the highlight was definitely the repeling down the waterfall. It was exciting and so beautiful. The guides were excellent and so supportive and the home cooked meal at the end was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an experience that is a little challenging and unique.

this was hands down, the absolute highlight of my trip to puerto rico! if do just one thing in puerto rico again, THIS would be it! every part of our tour was covid friendly. we maintained our distance and kept our masks on for the entire experience.
we were graced with two of the kindest, most knowledgeable tour guides, who offered local tidbits and historical narratives against the backdrop of the area’s suburban landscape en route to the rainforest. we got a taste of the local culture, vegetation, and wildlife we encountered throughout the hike.
our views from the top of the waterfall was absolutely breathtaking and worth every step we took to get there. to be completely honest, i enjoyed every step of the climb to the top. rappelling down the waterfall felt at once thrilling and exciting! if i could spend even longer on each segment of the hike, i would!
our hike concluded with a mind-numbingly delicious homecooked meal cooked by abuela, topped off with a refreshing coconut sorbet. this hike alone was the definitive moment of my time in puerto rico! i cannot wait to do this again.

Absolutely wonderful time. We were picked up by Patricia and Sammy who drove us about 45 minutes to a private community up in the mountains where our tour started. The hike up the mountain was amazing and repelling down the waterfall was a fantastic experience. Lunch was also very good. There were only 4 people on the tour so it felt extra private and the location is so secluded. 10/10 would recommend. Our tour guides were great too and very helpful!

The climb to and rappel from the waterfall was amazing. The Hannah and Sammy’s team were great. We had an absolute blast- we only wish we could have rappelled more! The ziplining was excellent too. As for the lunch finale, it was outstanding.

I did this tour years ago, and i loved it and i decided to do it again with my boyfriend. He never did simething like this.The best part of the trip is waterfall repeling, zipline, and walking through the river, and also the lunch and the yummy drink at the grandma's house...

Diego and his staff are amazing. They packed a funfilled day for a group of us in port fr the day. This is the second time we have used them and I will us them again! His staff is well trained and accommodating. BOOK NOW and be ready for a great adventure. I have referred many folks to them and they are never disappointed!

This has been one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had in PR. Patricia, Sammy, and Eli ensured we were kept safe, well prepared along the route, and that we had an amazing experience. The rappelling down a waterfall was a rush, and the zip lines were a great reward at the end. The hard earned meal at the end hit the spot after all the hiking. I will definitely be back!

This was easily the best tour/excursion we’ve done in PR. Our guides (Patricia, Alfonso and Sammy) were incredible and very safe the entire time. They also provided great recommendations locally and for future adventures. While this tour was the perfect adventure for my husband and I, I would advise you have a moderate level of fitness as it did require a hike with some mild rock scrambling that could be difficult for some. The views were incomparable and the delicious home cooked meal at the end was just the icing on the cake. Overall incredible day!

Wow we had such a blast ! Shout out to Alfonzo, Sam & Carlos for showing us this beautiful rainforest & a good time. The guys were so much fun, patient, funny, informative & helping everyone along the way. We enjoyed everything from the hiking, climbing, zip lining, and my favorite rappelling ! Pinto who is a cute & friendly hiking dog joined us along this journey and made the experience even more great. We ended off with a delicious home cooked meal & yummy dessert, I truly loved every moment and will definitely be coming back ! Thank you guys !

This was our second time doing this adventure tour. Never disappoints! This trip to PR had everything; surfing, rainforest hikes, cave exploring, catamaran tour to Culebra and Flamenco but what are we still talking about?? This tour! Highlight of our vacation. Thank you for giving us such fabulous memories.

Is this safe for a solo female traveler? Where do you pick up from in Isla Verde?

Very safe. I would not doing this solo in the future. One of our group members was a solo female. Great way to connect with new people around the world! Most of the travelers were in different areas in isla verde.

I have no way of knowing this. But ask Mike. He is the main tour guide there and he knows this terrain like the back of his hand. If he tells you it is safe, it is safe. If he does not want to answer, be concerned!

The best tour for you and your 9 year old is the Half Day Adventure. The minimum age for this adventure is 10, but we can make exceptions for adventurous 9 year olds without a fear of heights. ;) The minimum age for the Full Day Adventure is 12, because of the rappelling portion.
