We had the most incredible experience with David. he was absolutely amazing with our kids, ages 14 and 10, who had never tried scuba diving before. David was patient, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure the kids felt safe and confident every step of the way.
By the end of the lesson, the kids were diving down and pointing out fish like little pros! It was clear how much care and passion David put into teaching, and it made the experience unforgettable for our whole family. Highly recommend for anyone with kids or even adults who need a little extra encouragement to explore the underwater world!

We were group of 4 that did the diving in the afternoon (3pm) of 28th Dec at Escambron beach in San Juan. The water was muddy and there was only 50.0% visibility. Not lot of sea creatures we saw given there was lot of activity in and around diving area which generally scare away the sea creatures in to deep waters. I recommend diving early in morning if you plan to dive in San Juan for higher visibility and higher chances of spotting variety of sea creatures. This was my 2nd dive of the trip and 4th dive of my career. The 1st dive in PR trip was in Rincon and I spotted multiple sea creatures in that dive. I will recommend diving in Rincon or in Fajardo than in San Juan. With that being said, both the instructors were fantastic and they tried their best to take us to variety of spots to spot the sea creatures. The instructors were patient, well trained and provided us detailed instructions. As such i am giving them 5 star ratings for their extra ordinary efforts,

We enjoyed our guided tour with Rida, Florida without the Flo! He was a lot of fun, cracked some dad jokes that my 12 year old thought were funny and was interactive! My kids enjoyed getting to see some under the sea creatures and I was thankful he was attentive to them and would check in if they needed a break! Definitely recommend!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This was my first time diving. Prior to even arriving to my reservation the company reached out to inform me that they had an open slot during their prime time slot and offered to rebook my reservation free of charge. I happily accepted the offer. My instructor was Scott and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to make sure everything was clearly described and that I understood completely. Once we got underwater I was very comfortable and he consistently checked to make sure I was feeling comfortable and confident. We saw a lot of marine life, and had a great time! Highly recommend.

We did the snorkel tour in Oahu
We had a great snorkeling experience with Ryan as our guide. He was friendly and gave a good overview of what to expect in the lagoon before we got started. I’m not the most comfortable in the water, but with a life jacket and Ryan's encouragement, it was a breeze! He had some helpful tips that made me feel secure the whole time, while my husband, who loves the water, was able to dive deeper and get the most out of the experience. It’s a tour that works well for both beginners like me and those with more experience.
I also really appreciated was how flexible they were. We got stuck in traffic and needed to push our tour back by two hours, and they accommodated us without any issues. My advice is to leave way earlier than you think you need to, just in case, and if you have time to spare, there's a great Hawaiian BBQ spot in the park that’s worth checking out while you wait.
Overall, this is a great tour for all levels of snorkeling experience, and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Scott was so professional and safety conscious! We received a through briefing on the equipment and how to properly put it on so we were comfortable. We felt safe and relaxed in the water and could enjoy all the fish and turtles. We enjoyed hearing about the different types of fish and what to look for. Scott was knowledgeable and thorough and did a spectacular job with the videos and pictures he took for us. This company locks your belongings up while you’re in the water so you feel taken care of and can just relax and enjoy your time. Highly recommend and will absolutely re-book with this company for more adventures! THANK YOU SCOTT!

My wife and I had an incredible time. My wife is a Marine Biologist and a seasoned scuba diver and snorkeler and this was my first ever time snorkeling. We had Elizabeth with us and it was by far one of the most memorable things we did while in Puerto Rico. We both snorkeled and had a fantastic time; seeing a plethora of fish and sea turtles. It was an incredible experience and I'm so thankful to have had an amazing guide and a blessed experience.

The snorkeling was just enough for my 8 year old (though he did get tired and my husband took him out of the water about 10 min before the trip was officially done). Alex did a great job guiding us and we got to see lots of marine life that day! If you're a beginner this is a good start to snorkeling.

My husband and I had an amazing experience snorkeling in Puerto Rico Escambron Beach. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and decided to try it. Daniela our tour guide was so nice and friendly. She took her time to teach the group prior to venturing out. The water was not clear since it was cloudy and rainy but our group was still able to see some turtles. It was such an awesome experience and we had a blast. Definitely worth it and plan on doing it again next time we visit the island.

Definitely recommend this experience, especially if you're new to scuba and always wanted to try it then this is a great taster session.
As a nervous first timer, Matthew (our scuba instructor) was excellent from the very beginning of this excursion. He gave us clear instructions, went through all the rules and made sure we understood it all. When we went into the water, he took us 5ft deep and went through the instructions and made sure our equipment was all good and we were comfortable. Once he was happy that we were fine, we went further in to a dept of 11ft max, and he kept checking in on us to make sure we were all good. We saw some beautiful fishes and a turtle which was amazing.
Massive hats off to Matt for making this experience a fun and safe one for us!!
The con to this excursion (and why I gave it 4* and not 5*) is having to paying $35 +tax for the videos and photos, as you don't really have any photo/video memories to take back with you. We didn't pay for it as it is quite expensive, over half the price of the excursion. The pro is this is optional, we weren't forced to buy them thankfully otherwise that would've been an awkward end to the great time we had. (Hence why my review also has nil photos).
Overall I'd highly recommend this great experience.

And, just to clarify. The snorkeling/diving spot is in San Juan, not in Guaynabo. The Try Scuba Diving offices are in Guaynabo. That cleared out, I must say I am looking forward to book a trip.

Yes, it is located in San Juan. (Very close to the Caribe Hilton hotel.) It was a little tricky to find, but the girl leading our snorkeling trip, called me to help me find her van which was parked in a beach parking lot. Have fun!

I notice from the pictures that there are people touching a sea horse. Please do not allow visitors to touch the fish and corals!

I did not see any seahorses or corals when I was there. The fish and turtles are much too fast to allow themselves to be touched. The only things you can touch are the sea stars, sea urchins, and seaweed.
