Blue Lagoon is defintitely an experience. The waters are definitely blue and seems almost a little bit threatening. Nevertheless we were not deterred! Our guide took us on a tour around the lagoon and looking into the deep blue and sometimes murky depths of the...More

Visit in lower season. We were super surprised our tour was the only one there. No mass tourism, only amazing pictures to bring home of this amazing paradise. Swimming in the blue lagoon was fascinating. The water is cold and warm and feels so good....More

Beautiful natural surreal blue green water which you can either take a boat or romantic raft to secluded spots for swimming. The setting for the Brook Sheilds film of the same name, definitely worth a visit! Magical natural beauty.

Blue lagoon is easy accessible, traveling by car or bus it's just a short stroll from the road. It was super nice and quiet when I visited a Saturday in May and absolutely beautiful. Well worth a visit.

You have to visit the famous Blue Lagoon when you go to Portland! It's just one of the "must sees". It's such a beautiful place. The only downfall is, because it's such a big tourist attraction, all the boats that go in and out of...More

This is a gem in Jamaica - unfortunately, unlike Reach Falls and Frenchmans Cove, the Government is not maintaining it. As a result, while it is beautiful and you can swim in warm and cold waters at the same time, there is diesel smell and...More

While staying in Ocho Rios recently, we finally got the opportunity to visit a place and site that I have always wanted to see ...the "city" of Port Antonio and The Blue Lagoon. Although we've been to Jamaica seven times, we had never visited this...More

If you're staying in Port Antonio, you owe yourself a quick visit to the Blue Lagoon. I say "quick" because there is little to do there long term -- but from what I understand, that is about to change. The bar/restaurant on the property was...More

If you are staying in the area take a picnic and spend the day at this absolutely stunning part of Jamaica. A boat ride is a must and the waters are as crystal clear as you could imagine.

Perfect blue water. You can either swim or take a kayak ride on this lagoon. The beach where Brooke Shields movie was once filmed.

Just go there, you will find plenty of people offering a tour. We didn't take a tour, we just swam off the jetty instead

Not sure of the boat ride cost, but swimming is free. I wouldn't pay more than $4,000 Jamaican for the ride/tour though.

Hi, If you mean if this tour can be pre booked before you travel then yes, we booked online through Viator. You can get a reasonable good price and plan your journey before you go. Hope this helps :)
