We stayed at the Riu Clubhotel which has the perfect spot of beach. Lovely waters and plenty of shady trees. Don't be put off by the lobster Vendors, both huts have been there for many years and they take their cooking SERIOUSLY if a little slow because of the Jamaican way of life!! Wayne's hut was amazing as was the... More

This beach has so much character with its trees and little fishing boats there is a row of shops (shacks) selling local so veneers and the best Frecheville lobster cooked on the beach. Parts gave some sea grass but not an issue still can swim

Water is warm and inviting. Sand is beautiful and clean. Vendors will leave you along if you say no thanks.

Bloody Bay is a great beach for walking. It has a nice combination of resorts and local establishments. Check out the Office of Nature beside Sunset at the Palms for some delicious fresh barbecued lobster.

Our hotel was on Bloody Bay. We had a great time, this beach did not get a 5 star rating, only due to the fact that seven mile beach is by far superior to this beach. If you plan on staying in Negril, make sure you book on the seven mile beach. If beach is important to you.

This bay is fantastic for snorkelling and swimming. Carm water as the bay is quite protected. Clear water with its own reef. Abundance of fish. Take out a pedals and enjoy the view.

I did a solo walk about a half mile around the beach. Lots of stuff going on here. Not as active as across the road and Seven Mile beach, so I liked that part. Some interesting sea life can be spotted if you pay attention to the water. Also, the water is refreshing and good for cooling off most of... More

Our hotel (Riu Negril) Backed out onto this beach, lovely, white, soft sand and clear water, one part of the beach is a fishing sanctuary where there are signs to not swim but you can wonder through the waters edge with lots and lots of fish around your feet. A beautiful sight to see. There are also lots of little... More

My wife and I had heard a great deal about how nice the 7 mile beach was and had not really heard much about Bloody Bay. Once we arrived it exceeded our expectations. We were staying at the Sunset at the Palms (which was amazing) and though the beach at bloody bay was across the street it was not a... More
