Been to Negril a few times; would spend my monies on other attractions. You can not swim around this island re: blood suckers and jelly fish. ON the island there are vendors selling grass product as a running business and other venues around the island of sexual content. Not appropriate for children to visit

Marcus took us to Booby for a lobster lunch. A couple of boats arrived before us so the grill was full. Kevin and his crew prepared a fine meal. An authentic Jamaican experience if you are in Negril

So we kayaked there from Negril and as soon as we reached shore 2 youngsters tried to help us pull the boat up to the sand and we politely said, "no thank you." They then tried to sell us cooked lobster which we understand this island is known for. We just wanted to look around a little. We then came... More

Everyone should visit Booby Cay Island when in Negril. If you book a snorkel trip to the reef most boats will bring you to the island for a cookout of chicken or lobster. Great time.

This little island could be amazing! However, it is full of trash. The food prepared was good, but I feel it is a place for the guides to get together and get high while you stand around and wait. We were going to tour a little but all we found was trash and decided not worth it. They only had... More

We stay at Point Village and looking out from our balcony is Booby Cay Island. Some of the people here make the swim over there but for me it's too far to swim. Take a water taxi and bring your snorkel gear the coral reef around the Island is very nice. If you want you can get fresh lobster cooked... More

We took a private boat from our resort to Booby Cay Island on our last day. It was a bit windy but we were very glad we went. There was amazing snorkelling between the island and the main beach. We did see jelly fish there and tons of other beautiful fish. You can get lobster lunch on the beach but... More
