I have been to Jamaica several times and I ALWAYS call Shorty. He is always on time, very professional and has a great mini bus that can hold up to 10 people. Hes great for small or large groups. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jamaica 2020
We travelled to Jamaica March 8-15 2020 for my 50th birthday celebration. We arranged our airport transfers and an excursion to Negril with Shorty tours. We became friends with Shorty after our trip in 2019 when we booked our airport transfers with him. He is not only professional, kind, polite and knowledgeable, he is an amazing human being! We were in Jamaica during the Covid -19 pandemic as when we were due to leave Canada, there were no travel restrictions yet and would have lost all our money if we cancelled. The situation of being away from home during this was uneasy but we made the best of it and Shorty made that easier for us. He took us to Margaritaville, the 7 mike beach and Ricks cafe. His knowledge of Jamaica’s history and culture was outstanding! Jamaica had just learned of covid 19 infections while we were there and although they were in a worse state then we were he felt bad and was truly concerned about our well going and situation of our travels back to home. We continue to keep in touch and for the time being, I’m not worried about him as he and his family are very resourceful in farming and fishing but he will need help getting back on his feet. As a small business owner with the travel industry, he will need all the support he can get when this situation is over. He is truly the best for all you transport needs an I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Jamaica !

Shorty Bus Tours was excellent! We had the pleasure of riding with the namesake, Shorty, Bashco, and De’Mar. Shorty was patient and knowledgeable of the Montego Bay Airport system and communicated with us on WhatsApp. We arrived a bit early and Shorty was able to accommodate us by picking us up earlier than scheduled. The trip from the Montego Bay Airport to the Resort in Negril was long, but the bus was nice and clean, the air conditioning was pumping strong, and Shorty often transitioned into a sight-seeing guide at times. What I appreciated about Shorty, Bashco, and De’Mar is that they all know the island and the sights, but they will only highlight the landmarks if you ask them. If you do not want to talk or hear about the landmarks they will let you be without any animosity or any pressure. The whole team has a high emotional and social IQ which is a plus for travelers who come from near and far with all sorts of things on their minds like our group. Our second tour was to the black river and Bashco was our driver. He pulled over for gas, but gave those of us who needed to visit the restroom a chance to do so. He got us there swiftly to the river and back and time was of the essence on this particular day (the rehearsal dinner was later that evening). We moved to another resort and Shorty was able to accommodate us and pick us up again. The van was clean and nice and the air conditioning was flowing well on this hot day. The most impressive thing was how Shorty and his team accommodated the whole wedding party with the varying flight schedules. A group of us has to be picked up at 6am, another of us at 10am, and another of us at 2pm. Everyone was picked up at the appropriate time and no one was late for their flight. He coordinated his drivers to ensure we all had a reliable ride to the Montego Bay airport. De’Mar was kind and even drove one of our friends around the Montego Bay Area to pass the time as they waited for a flight that was rescheduled for a later time. Shorty was honest and fair with the prices. He accepts USD and Jamaican Dollar. Once you pay Shorty, that is all you have to pay unless you’d like to give a tip. There was no funny business or any dishonesty. All the drivers were honest so you don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of for being a non-Jamaican. They were transparent and kind. I would definitely book with Shorty and his team again because they are reliable, professional, dress professionally, and they know what they are doing. They are great drivers and know how to navigate the toughest roads and the traffic.

Excellent Experience! The round-trip shuttle was booked via email and received a fast and professional response. Our flight arrived later than it was supposed to; plus getting through COVID customs was very time consuming. Once we finally, got out, my mother-in-law checked bag did not make it to Jamaica. Total it took over 4 hours to leave the airport and Shorty Tours was there for my family EVERY step of the way! My family was treated with kindness and understanding! Not only did our family experience a safe, comfortable drive to the resort, our driver Chris was there for us everyday of stay! He was very kind and knowledgeable. I learned so much about Jamaica! My family and I have nothing but gratitude and complete satisfaction with our experience with Shorty Tours! The one bad review here must of been someone with overall bad energy because our family had a bad day getting to Jamaica and Shorty Tours made our stay one of best memories!

Well, you say you need a ride, to where? For ice cream? Shorty will take you. To just go for a drive? Shorty will take you. You say you want green island jerk chicken? Shorty will take you.
Shorty tours have taken us all over everywhere I think I could want to go. Bulls beach, airport, shopping, Shorty tours not only takes you to see the sights, they recommend where to go for anything your heart desires.
Shorty tours, the owner picked us up from the airport, stopped outside the city so we could remove our mask and smell the sea. We have been very luck using this company. Clean comfortable cool van, kindest gentleman you’ll ever meet.
With Shorty tours, you are Happy and you are in great hands…

My fiancé and I are getting married in May. For our visit to Jamaica last week to do due diligence for the wedding, we came across George & Shorty Tours online.
We understand that resorts/ larger companies overcharge for transport, and we needed someone professional & fun on call to escort us as we solidified our wedding plans in Negril.
Shorty did not disappoint. He went above & beyond while charging a fraction of what larger companies would. Shorty escorted us between resorts in Negril for planning & took us on an excursion (long trip) to Treasure Beach, Jamaica.
We will be using Shorty Tours again in May to transport our wedding guests from the airport and to take our group on a couple of excursions. It's also comforting to know he is fully licensed/ accredited.
We know our guests will love him because we did!

I had seen Shorty recommended on the Facebook page for our hotel. I messaged him and asked for a price for a private transfer from and too the airport, his price was competitive and we decided to book. I'm so glad we did as he was always a joy to be around. Following that whenever we decided to go somewhere, be it Ricks Cage, Margaritaville or The Blue Hole, Shorty always accommodated us, bringing a smile, information on Jamaica and Reggae music on repeat. We also wanted to visit a local restaurant, eating traditional Jamaican food and where the locals would go, Shorty sorted this, booked us a table in advance and we were treated like royalty ( I will also add a review for "Best in the West" as it was excellent). Thank you so much Shorty for making our stay and when we return we will be sure to contact you!!

If you're in Negril staying on the 7 mile strip and need reliable and clean transportation with fabourable rates then you must choose Shorty Tours! Shorty was the consummate professional, is a safe driver, and takes pride in creating a relaxing environment for his customers. My family used his services when exploring the Negril strip for dinner and traveling to the airport. He was also a great tour guide providing insightful commentary on the area and the Jamaican culture. Book your ride with Shorty today!

From beginning to end Shorty provided A1 transportation services. I reached out the day before our trip to schedule airport transfer from the Montego Bay airport to the resort in Negril. He was on time, professional and friendly. During the ride to Negril he offered great suggestions for activities and restaurants on the island. We stopped at an incredible roadside local restaurant that had the best Jerk Chicken I’ve ever had. The ride to our resort was relaxing and informative. We shared lots of laughs and had great conversations!
The day before our departure our flight was canceled due to bad weather back in the states. I reached out to Shorty and he was able to accommodate our new return travel date. The day of our departure Shorty arrived on time and took us to a local restaurant in Montego Bay before dropping us off at the airport.
From now on when we travel to Jamaica we will rely on Shorty Tours for all of our transportation needs. Book him, you won’t be disappointed!

Shorty tours is a top of the line service. If you ask he will give you the best trip you ask for. He will tell you the tips and trips of Jamaica we’ve been here for a few days now and experienced a couple other taxis. Those taxis would just drive and answer phone calls so we end up calling shorty right back. Friendly, kind, very knowledgeable. I’d give him 10 outa 5 and recommend him to anyone he always takes care of us and as long as he’s driving we will call on him.
