Awesome Sunset view

I went on a Saturday night, it was quiet, only about 5 or 6 other people there. Nice place to view the sunset if you want pictures other than from the beach and from Rick's.

There are local people waiting on the property who will do everything they can to take advantage of unsuspecting visitors. Though no physical threat was made, the potential is there, so please avoid this site at all costs. We were there with our private tour guide but that didn't stop the people there from scamming us. You are confronted by... More

If you head to the lighthouse park during the day & happen to catch the grounds keeper, he is nice enough to show you around the property, tell you about it & let you take a climb to the top. The view is great and the man is friendly, just be sure to tip him a few dollars for his... More

Worth seeing this landmark from the water. We took The Wild Think excursion to Rick's Café. Have some wonderful shots of the lighthouse.

Cool place to check out the western most point of JA. Ask for Delbert, one of the locals there to show you around the grounds.

Nice spot to visit, light house has interesting past for History buffs. A few typical guys offering their"tour services" for an eventual tip just like everywhere else. Worth a visit and close to Just Natural restaraunt for a superb meal

We paid for a private sightseeing tour on our first day in Jamaica and our first stop was the lighthouse. Firstly it was closed so we couldn't go into it. We parked and immediately this person comes up and pretty much took over, forcibly walking us around and taking my cell phone to take pictures even though I was uncomfortable... More

Our photographer took us here as part of our Trash the Dress session after our wedding. When we entered he stopped and asked the guard if we could take some pics on the property. the guard agreed, but after a few minutes of us taking photos with me in my wedding gown, he came back and started yelling at our... Great view plus all the old trees are very amazing. The only thing I would say is if one of the locals wants to tour you around he is going to ask you for $20, you can do it yourself and you don't need him. Just a small donation to go up the light house….. Enjoy
