I reached out to Jacques Tours for my husbands birthday trip. We were traveling with another couple as well. Jacques responded in under a few hours. He gave me very reasonable pricing and even recommended activities for New Year’s Eve. He responded in almost an hour or faster each time I emailed him. He updated me on the itinerary prior to the trip and updated me each day the day before the activity. Anything you want to do in Jamaica he can and will arrange for you. He was always professional, pleasant, helpful and ensured you were safe. Always called to be sure the driver arrived on time and you found the driver. Our driver, Charles, was also EXCELLENT. Please request him or you’ll be disappointed. Charles made sure we got to our destinations on time and safely. He’s patient when the ladies are running behind getting dressed. He’s nice , helpful, knows Jamaica as he is from there, and a pleasure to travel with. One excursion for another company included transportation and we were very disappointed with transportation. Learned my lesson and will only book with Jacques Tours when I return . We used Charles for 3 days. They made our NYE trip nothing short of amazing. If you are going to Jamaica, please book with Jacques and ask for Charles . They will still come to you in Montego Bay and other areas. Can’t wait to come back. No cons at all.
