Suzette and Warren from Suzette Tours Jamaica are the simply the best. I recently visited Jamaica with my two children and wife and hired them to transport us from Kingston Airport to Riu Ocho Rios and back.
Let's see how I can resume all the wonderful things I would like to express about the outstanding service they offered us. From the time I booked our transportation Suzette called me and clearly communicated with me, their customer service is second to none, very professional, very punctual, the minute we arrived to the airport Warren was already waiting for us and when it was time to return he was at the hotel at the time we had agreed.
We had a fantastic experience with them, I loved the way they treated us, my kids enjoyed the ride and how Warren drove us through the mountains.

From the bottom of my heart, Suzette and Warren, thank you very much for your great customer service and the experience and professionalism you guys showed us. I highly recommend your business to anyone looking to do tours in Jamaica, or getting transportation to anywhere.

We had a great time sightseeing in a more private and small group setting. They took us to the city center and around the community to see the local environment in and around Ocho Rios and St. Marie's parish. This is a great family owned and operated business and they do a great job.

Great day with Suzette Tours

We were in Jamaica for a week and decided to do a private day tour with Suzette Tours. Suzette helped us figure out what we wanted to do before we arrived. She responded to all of our emails so quickly and identified the best attractions for us based on our interests. The day tour itself was amazing. Warren picked us up from our hotel on time and had our whole day planned out for us perfectly. In the middle of the day, we changed our afternoon plans to try something new and Warren was very helpful in making that happen. Suzette and Warren are professional, warm, and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend setting up a tour with them for personalized, efficient service!

Private First Time Boating Experience

Suzette was very informative and work diligently for our family to have a great first boating experience in Jamaica. The experience included seeing the dolphins at Moon Palace, a view of the beautiful reef and Jamaica’s attractions along the Ocho Rios Bay Beach and ended with a swim in the ocean. Beautiful private experience with tour guides who were just as adventurous as we were. Great energy on a beautiful day at sea!

I’ve been knowing this lady for a couple of years now. An every time I reach out too her for a tour she always there too help. She have pick me up from the cruise port for tours and she came to the hotel to pick up me and my friends for tours and lunch in Montego Bay. We had a great time. Hope too see you soon. Y’all go book with her for your tour guide in Jamacain

Suzette and Yanique picked us up from Couples TI and dropped us at Royalton White Sands. They were so nice and smiling all the time, telling us about the area as we drove along. Highly trustworthy, punctual, informative, and happy! We will be repeat customers and happy to recommend to others.

We contacted Suzette tours to help organise 3 days sightseeing and activities around Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. Suzette tours met all our requests and organised these 3 days for us where we could just relax and enjoy the activities without any hassle from our end. Kirundi, our driver/guide was fun and professional.

Ocho Rios Private Tour with Suzette Tours

We did a Private tour Ocho Rios which included Rafting on the White River, Blue Hole, Lunch and some shopping. Suzette was the best she personally took care of us and took us to some of the best places in Ocho Rios. Our first time there and she made sure we were able to enjoy the day and she made sure we got back to our Cruise ship on time. If you are ever in Ocho Rios I highly recommend you look her up. Great price too! Until next time.

Bob Marley tour

Great afternoon, and very informative, our guide was hilarious, we saw where bob Marley was born in his grandparents house and where they and his uncle and brother was buried also his mums shrine and his resting place. got some lovely pictures of his life there is also a shop there resonally priced.if you did want to smoke a spiff you could as it is legal just in them nine miles and you could buy it there we didn’t but the smell was all around you from the locals .you can see the guide we had on you tube on the bob Marley tour really good.

Suzette was amazing. She made our trip very enjoyable; going out of her way to make sure we were happy. She is a very good driver who made us feel safe and comfortable. Book your trip directly through her company; Viator was a nightmare to deal with!!!
