We had a great your through Winston's company Tour Jamaica Today and were assigned a great driver, Erons, who was very safe, informative and kept his mini bus immaculate.
The Blue Hole was a 90 minute drive from Montego Bay cruise ship port but the journey was well worth it and we had a great time jumping, swimming and walking at The Blue Hole.
I would certainly recommend Winston as a tour company, and booking in advance is recommended because trying to get a reasonably priced and safe taxi at cruise ship ports is not as straightforward as I had anticipated.
The Blue Hole was a 90 minute drive from Montego Bay cruise ship port but the journey was well worth it and we had a great time jumping, swimming and walking at The Blue Hole.

Winston Gayle is professional personified, from my initial email to his quick phone call to touch base and a follow up email confirming the itinerary, and instructions on our meet up and then our tour itself.
Winston is passionate about Jamaica and Ocho Rios and showing off this great part of Jamaica. Winston made everyone in the family feel comfortable and allowed us to dictate what we wanted to see always giving some suggestions along the way. Winston's van was clean loaded with water and towels.
It was great seeing the sites of Ocho Rios with Winston, it made our trip to Jamaica one that we will always remember. From Dunn's Falls to Scotchies, to the hill top to sites of Ochio Rios including a supermarket and the Patty place.
I would not hesitate to call upon Tour Jamaica Today (and Winston) if ever in the area again for safe, informative, comfortable tour of Ochio Rio.

We had an outstanding freelance Excursion when we got off the boat. Winston's driver picked us up outside the dock area and became our very own personal guide to anywhere we wanted to go in the city or Countryside. Along with lunch suggestions, our driver Leroy was extremely knowledgeable and gave a good background history of his Island. This is a very safe and very affordable private driver and local tour for the day. You will not be disappointed.

We are odd cruisers…we look for personal, intimate local experiences when in port. Tour Jamaica Today’s private van tour was perfect for us. Just the two of us in a comfortable van with Rupert as our guide. We booked at 7am for an available 9am tour…no problem mon. Pickup at the port gate was a breeze with email instructions from Winston. We told Rupert right away what we liked and wanted to do and he said Thank You for that and set about meeting our needs. Fern Gully drive, overview stops for photos, beach stop for swimming, amazing jerk chicken and red stripe at a local eatery…but, the highlight for us was his careful instruction on the tropical fauna on the roadside and in the gardens of his neighbors…Akee, nutmeg, guava, mango, soursop and custard apple and what each provides medicinally. We asked for it and he delivered. When he heard that we needed something from a local grocery, he stopped and negotiated the purchase for us. He kindly kept the souvenir vendors at bay at each our stops.
The tour is very reasonably priced and worth every cent if you want to tour real Jamaica and Ocho Rios with a new friend. Rupert was literally an answer to prayer for us.

We booked Winston last week to pick us up at our resort in Montego Bay and drive us to Dunns River Falls. We wanted a private tour because we did not want to be away from our resort all day (most of the tours in that area to Dunns is 8+ hours). I found Winston on Trip Advisor and booked him about a month in advance. He picked us up at our resort on time. During the drive he gave us a lot of information about the Jamaican history and culture. When we arrived at the falls, he waited for us and drove us back to the resort. He offered to take us shopping and to lunch, but we declined because we wanted to get back to the resort. On the way back we stopped at a local fruit stand and he bought some Jamaican fruit for us to try. He has great knowledge of the area and the many different tours provided on the island. I would highly recommend him over the large tour companies in the area. We plan on visiting Jamaica again and will be calling him for our tours.

We had a fantastic tour/ride with Winston. He was ON TIME, and his van was super comfortable to ride in from Montego Bay to Negril then back to MoBay. Winston hung out with us while we went to Rick's Cafe. He played fantastic reggae music, spoke with us, and described the different towns we drove through. I've already recommended Winston to multiple people that are heading to Jamaica. We will go back to Jamaica and will undoubtedly hire Winston again.

It’s our first time to Jamaica for our honeymoon. We took the personal, customizable tour of Ocho Ríos with Winston and we are very happy we chose this over the other tours for several reasons. Winston first explained to us what we would be doing for the day and was able to let us know what attractions would be open for the day as well as the cost of them. We didn’t have anything specific in mind aside from shopping and we decided to go to the Blue Hole. Our day was still full and fun with Winston’s tour. He took us to Fern Gully, up to a viewpoint where we could see all of Ocho Ríos and all around Ocho Ríos explaining things such as cultural facts and a local vegetation information along the way. We were able to take our time at each stop. Winston didn’t rush us, he was more than willing to help us out when we had questions or wanted photos and made sure we had a great time. For us, this was the perfect opportunity to get to know Jamaica with our own personal tour guide and on our own time. We would have booked everything through Winston had we known of his services earlier. He does airport rides and other tours as well. Get ahold of Winston and you won’t be disappointed!

Winston is a fantastic person to have show you around Jamaica. He took us around Ochi Rios. We drove into the hills so we could see the entire town from the top. While we were driving he gave us all the details of the locations we were driving by and even stopped a couple of times to show us some local plants.
When our original destination turned out to be closed for the day he was quick to offer a suggestion for an alternative and even called up a guide in advance to make sure we had the best one available.
Winston also took us to Scotchies for lunch and to a shopping center. Before going in he gave us all the tips for bargaining and how not to be taken advantage of when shopping.
All in all I can 1000% percent recommend using them for a guide for the day.

We are a family group of 6 adults and 2 kids aged 4 & 7. Winston is amazing! He picked us all up from the hotel and took us to the Blue Hole. It was a 9am pick up and he was early and raring to go. We arrived and he introduced us to 2 guides, we paid them our entry fee and we opted for life jackets for all. After they fitted us we made our way up to the first jump and Winston stayed behind and waited for us in the shade.
The guides were very patient and helpful with us all particularly my Mum who has replacement knees and the kids. Our 7 years old jumped with her Mum from the big jump and our 4 year old jumped in his dads arms from the waterfall and a smaller jump. Everyone loved it! The guide took my phone and took over 70 photos, videos and slow mo vids.
We got back to the van and Winston was waiting for us. We tipped the guides and off we went. Winston took us up past Konoke Falls to a view point over looking Ocho Rios where we enjoyed the view with a beer. He’s very knowledgeable about the local area and wildlife. Will 100% use again if we visit!

Already in august when we planned our cruise I got in contact with Winston and asked if it is possible to make a private tour and combine bob Marley place and a blue hole. A got an answer, price and everything was ok. Two days before we would get to Jamaica I send a messenger and got an answer that they don’t remember our tour. But if we pay we can get it. The price was changed two times in twenty minutes. First it was 160$, and Rhen 180. I want you to know that it was very bad planed tour. It took long time to wait for the guide to come with a vehicle. A road to bob marleys place was awful and it took very long time. There we had to wait for a tour guide for half an hour. Nobody understood why. When we planed the tour we hoped to know more about bob marley. But it was no information about the artist, no about music. Nothing! He just pointed out all the thumbs and nothing else. Then we wanted to have a lunch break. It should be planned in all day tour but it was not.
It was no chance to go to a blue hole because of the lack of time. So we did not go there.
In the beginning of the tour I asked our driver if it is possible to stop by a ordinary grocery shop. He said that we would do it on our way back in ocho rios but it was closed because of the holiday. This is a thing that a guide is supposed to know.
So the tour was very bad planned and organized.
As a company you have to say to your clients if it is possible to manage tour when you have a certain amount of time.and make advice about a reschedule because you know this much better than we do.
This is my 93 country to visit and I never had that bad tour .

Hi.
I realize that there is a lot of miss understand.
You contact me on Monday the 8 of August 2022 and said you will be coming on a cruise on the 2 of the 1 2023 and would like to visit Bobmarley birth place and also the Blue Hole.
I respond to you yes you can do both tour for the day.
You asked what will be the price, I cote a total of $180 not per person but for the both of you and you pay the entry fee for both the Blue Hole and the Bobmarley tour.
You did not respond to me, on the 9 of August i send you a email that this is to touch base with you to know if everything is fine for you to book this Tour you did not answer and you did not book the Tour or say anything else and I leave it there.
On the 1 of January you send me a email that you would like to confirm our reservation for tomorrow when I check my diary i did not have a bookings for you and I say I don't remember you book this Tour you did not book.
I Asked if you want to book it now you say yes and I did make a mistake with the price and say $160 and shartly i say to you it's a mistake the price is not $160 it's $180 you say ok.
I go ahead and send you the pickup information and I say to you as I say to everyone as early as you can get off the ship it's best for us, you did not get off the ship early and I what's app you so many times and say your driver is waiting.
Your driver didn't take more than 10 minutes to come with the vehicle after he already meet you.
The drive to Bobmarley is a long drive but we can't do anything about the road but drive carefully, also we have nothing to do with the Tour they give at Bobmarley that's what they are doing for years, you are the first person i hear complain about it.
I apologize 100% and I hope you will not such experience again.
But I hope you will come again and do other tours.

not sure if he speaks Spanish.
But we were on the cruise and I contacted him via email and he phoned back within 2 hours.
we then emailed and made arrangements for a custom tour.
