I think this herb house is a bit overrated.. much of the reviews are of locals. We booked a ‘tour’ of $10,- per person and it was just in the merchandise shop where they were telling about the products. We hoped to find a paradise where we could swim, eat, smoke and see all the plants but we couldn’t do any of those things

Today, I accompanied my friend to this joint and I was curious as to what was inside the wooden doors. The building seems large enough that I assumed there was some museum or machinery on display there.I had to pay US$10 FOR THE TOUR. However, to my dismay this "tour" was only a guide around the 500 sq ft space with products. The tour guide showed each product, listed ingredients and stated the price. Not only was I disappointed after the completion of this tour, but I was very angry that the store management stoop so low, as to exploit me in this manner. Instead of creating a product which might have presented the history of marijuana, uses or benefits, by-product of HEMP leaved , etc. They tried to capture revenue by way of a "paid tour" or guiding you thru their over-priced merchandise tables. As an entrepreneur myself, I am disappointed that tourists who have been scammed will also warn their friends of this organization. Its unfortunate, that the Marley "KAYA' brand is being exploited this way.

Employees were great, however, cost, amount, and quality need adjusting. Would I return, YES. But, Why do you NEED to PAY to ENTER.
