Errol was amazing. He picked us up from our resort and took us to the blue hole and Dunns River falls. We booked with Errol because we had a connection with him from the states. The conversation and his knowledge of the island was good but most of all he made us feel safe. When we pulled up to the blue hole we gave him our admission money, he got out before we did, made the payment for us, talked to the guides and picked a guide for us. After the excursions we asked to make 2 more stops, one to purchase cigars and another to get some jerk chicken. It was no problem, he took us to places that we felt safe and didn't rush us. You could customize your trip any way you want with Errol and he will plan the itinerary to enaure you maximize your time. He stayed in contact with me through WhatsApp and answered all my questions. Will only book with Errol when visiting Jamaica.

Travel Jamaica tours were exceptional. They were very helpful, efficient and added a great personal touch to our journey. They were reasonably priced compared to other companies but still offered a high end quality service. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Travel Jamaica Tours 👍🏾

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your driver, Errol. As a first-time visitor to Jamaica, I was unprepared for the challenging road conditions, particularly in the mountains. The winding, steep, and narrow roads were quite intimidating.
Unfortunately, my initial experience was further compounded by our first driver, whose aggressive tailgating at high speeds (over 110 kph) left me feeling extremely anxious.
However, my concerns were quickly alleviated upon meeting Errol. His driving was skillful and reassuring, demonstrating a strong familiarity with the roads and the local area. His historical accounts of the sites we passed were fascinating and added a wonderful dimension to the journey. Beyond his driving expertise, Errol proved to be incredibly resourceful. When we were unable to find open stores to purchase desserts, he went above and beyond by contacting a local shop and arranging for them to stay open late to accommodate us.
Should I return to Jamaica, Errol will be the first person I contact for transportation. I will also enthusiastically recommend him to any friends visiting the island. He truly provides top-tier service!

We recently spent a week in Jamaica as a group of four, and once again, Errol of Travel Jamaica Tours made our experience unforgettable. We had the pleasure of visiting Dunn's River Falls and the Luminous Lagoon, but what truly set this trip apart was Errol’s personalized approach. He went above and beyond by allowing us to stop at places that typical tours wouldn’t – from grabbing ice cream to enjoying some KFC. Not only is Errol an expert on the island's culture, but he also shared fascinating insights with us along the way. His warm energy and expert knowledge truly made our trip extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We can’t wait to return and take more tours with you, Errol. Great day out with Errol. We were with Errol for a full day and he gave us a very full day.
We did lots of things in the hours we were with him. We ate Jucie Patties, fresh fish at Sharkies fish restaurant KFC which definitely tates different from UK and the piece de resistance was the water rafting at Rio Nuevo. So relaxing. We didn’t want it to end.
Errol has such a wonderful manner about him. Kind, gentle, efficient and pleasurable. Good soft voice.
Thank you Errol for making our time in Jamaica even better. See you soon.

We had a wonderful trip, most of which was spent in Ocho Rios. Errol helped to make our stay problem-free, as he provided comfortable and safe transportation services. He was also pleased to give us advice on day-to-day activities, i.e. best days to go to Dunn's River Falls; tasty ice cream shops to visit, etc.

I have used Travel Jamaica Tours on many occasions and they never disappoint. Mr. Bowen and his other associates have always been very professional and personable. If you’re travelling to Jamaica, call them they will take great care of you.

Our family trip to Ocho Rios Jamaica, was made memorable with the assistance of Errol. He helped shaped our itinerary and ensuring a seamless experience for our day out.
Helping us too maximise our time and explore.
He drove us to each activity, ensuring we arrived safely and on time. His local knowledge was invaluable, providing commentary and anecdotes of the areas along the way. He also sorted a spot for lunch on the way around.
Every aspect of our day was enjoyable and hassle-free.
Later in the trip, he drove us across east to Negril. Then arranged the airport transfer for us for our return home.
Overall, Errol's assistance help make our holiday ia great experience filled with adventure and relaxation. Leaving a lasting impression on us and ensuring we departed with nothing but fond memories of our time in Jamica.

Errol was great. We had used him before, so we specifically asked for him when we knew we were going back to Jamaica. He picked us up at the hotel and took us on our excursion. He remembered us, and we talked as old friends while driving us. After our excursion to the Blue Hole, he let us rest and chit chatted with us on the way back. Stopping for some different things that we had forgotten at home.
He was willing to take us to do anything else we wanted.
Errol will treat you right and make your excursion one to remember.
We thank you and will be asking for him again the next vacation we take to Jamaica.

Hello, my girlfriend and I are coming to your hotel in September and were wondering if it is best to book tours that we wish to go on before hand or with the hotel when we get there? We are wanting to go to the Bob Marley museum, to Bob Marleys home in Nine Miles, the Appleton Rum tour, Dunns River Falls, Firewater Mineral Healing Spring in St Ann's Bay, and the Glistening Waters (Luminous Lagoon) in Falmouth.
Also, is there a bus service for local travel into ocho rios from the hotel?

Hi mr William the service we offer is not hotel services,but tours and transportation to all the attraction cross Jamaica the places you would like to visit we can take you there it is also best to book your tour before you get to the hotel so you will know the cost your tours if there any other questions please let us know thank you.
