This was a fully loaded experience in 2019. We started off on the jitney ride to the culinary demonstration at the Great House. The food was good and the cooking experience as well. Next we did the ATV ride which was totally amazing. Also the camel rides great experience and the bird feeding. We then had a great lunch!!

This establishment is very unorganized and they only take cash although their sign says they only take credit/debit cards. We booked the Taste of Jamaica Cooking Class and it was nothing we expected it to be. Our expectations were that we would be actually cooking Jamaican dishes at our own table but it was nothing like the pictures displayed. We seasoned one chicken breast per person and gave it to the instructor to grill and that was all we were able to cook. It was a waste of time. We waited over an hour for the cooking class to begin after booking a specific time. My advice to future customers; if you are going to visit this establishment, book to complete more than one activity

What an incredible day we had! The mud buggies were the highlight of the day. Absolute blast! The Jamaican cooking class was fun but because of covid we couldn’t do it on the back patio of the grand house which was a huge disappointment. I didn’t enjoy the restaurant hut as much due to the loud music but when I asked they turned it down for us. The secret river was my 2nd favorite because it was gorgeous and so much fun! I would definitely come here again! The history of the property is so fun and the different trees were interesting.

Highly overrated experience in so many ways. Customer service was despicable. Starting with the agent at the front desk, very disorganized. This was followed by the longest time we had to wait before we were directed to the rides. The food was poorly prepared, limited staff and the operators (particularly the tractor shuttle driver) who often times forget they are facilitating a variety of guest from various backgrounds and age group. I must however extend appreciation to Winston (A staff member who noticed how disgruntled we were and went to highs and lows to make up for the mishap of other staff who fell short of performing their duties.)

I was really looking forward to enjoying the facilities instead i left been very upset and dispointed. Reservation was made for 1:30pm for 10adl 3 kids, we waited for almost 2 hours to start the tour, after been told we are now going to start a tour we were drop off to the river, our package included a plantation tour, atv ride and option to go river. Imagine our surprise that we were drop off to the river and was never ask anything, after requesting for the driver to get us , all we heard was excuses on top of excuses , no one decided to even attempted to fix the issue. I requested to be refunded , however as a person from the service industry this was poorly excuted on their part , no one took ownership of the problem instead allow 13 ppl to leave angry and will never consider to return or reccomend to anyone.
