Unbelievable service!! Wow!!!

There are no words for the tremendous service we received from Leon. He is a top-notch professional that made us feel safe and catered to, while in Jamaica. He really is the elite of the elite in taking care of his customers. He arrived early to pick us up in an emaculately clean new van, provided an abundance of history of the island while on the way to Martha Brae bamboo raft tour, drove us right up to the entrance, waiting in line for us for our tickets while we looked around around enjoyed the sights, showed us around the property, took TONS of pictures and videos of us (for free), got us safely in the raft, drove down river to take a few more pics of us rafting down the river, and was waiting for us at the end when we finished to take us back to the hotel. We asked if he would take us to a lunch spot and took us to a place exactly what we wanted, local and good! He brought us up to the counter, helped us order and find seats, and then waited in the van for us to enjoy lunch together. He even helped us get to a local shopping area to get some gifts for family. I really can't say enough about him. We have never receieved such wonderful service in our lives and he does it simply out of pride for his job; it was not included in our tickets. He required no extra fee for all of this outstanding, 'above and beyond' service. We were overwhelmed and of course tipped him accordingly but he did not ask for anything for doing all the extras or pressure us to tip at all. In fact, we were short on cash and he told us not to worry about tipping and for us to keep it to enjoy our vacation. We went straight to an ATM that night and asked him to take us to the airport when we left so we could properly tip him, which he insisted wasnt necessary.
If youre from the US like we are, and want a phenomenal driver, service man, and safe keeper for the day, book with Leon. You will not be disappointed in the slightest. He will happily go to great heights to ensure your happiness on your vacation. Wow! What an AMAZING person!!! We are so lucky to have met Leon 😃

Martha Brae Rafting

This was an absolutely amazing must do experience while in Jamaica. Nigel was our driver and he was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. I was traveling with my family (2, adults, 2 kids age 4 and 7) Nigel picked us up from the hotel on time and was so nice and welcoming. We did our tour at noon and didn’t have a chance to eat before the tour so Nigel was kind enough to stop at a local spot on the way to Martha Brae so that we could get authentic Jerk Chicken.

The drive to the river was about 45 minutes and Nigel pointed out a lot of the local landmarks along the way. This was a great experience because I didn’t have to worry about getting the rafting tickets separately. I was so glad that this experience included the tickets and the round trip transportation. Upon arrival Nigel went on to get our tickets and introduced us to Derrick our raft operator.

Derrick was great and narrated the beautiful scenery as we floated down the breath taking river. He talked to us about all the local plants and birds and fruits that we passed along the way. I know this was an experience that my girls will never forget.

When we were done Nigel was waiting for us on the other end of the river to take us back to the hotel. The total trip down the river was about 1.5 hours. On the way back Nigel stopped at KFC for us to get food to bring back to the hotel. ( we heard that we had to try KFC chicken when we were in Jamaica so we did)

Overall this was an amazing experience. Great if you are traveling with young children. The kids learned a lot about Jamaica and Nature on this experience and we got some really cool pictures that will last a life time. I definitely recommend you book this tour.

World Class Experience!!

In writing this review I looked for words that would accurately describe the experience with Leon Campbell’s, Jamaica Experience Tour. The words that came to mind were World Class. If you’re like most people when you travel you may want to experience the following: a sense of safety, professionalism, and customer service. The Jamaica Experience Tour not only hit the mark on all these criterion but knocked them out park. Leon informed us that our safety was his number 1 priority and he lived up to that commitment. So much so that towards the end of the trip I would have rode to the top of any mountain knowing that we were in the best hands possible.
Leon’s professionalism was displayed by his interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate, and his knowledge of Jamaica was without exception. I exited his bus wanting to relocate.
On the Jamaica Experience Tour my friend and I experienced the epitome of customer service. I honesty believe fortunes are waiting for Leon Campbell if he decided to train the hospitality industry in what true customer experience feels like from the perceptive of the client.
Thank you Leon and company for an amazing day. I’m thankful you’re in this business, and appreciate all you did for us today. I will be contacting Jamaica Experience Tour and I advise anyone reading this review to do so when you’re in beautiful Jamaica!

We had a GREAT experience booking a private airport shuttle! In the past we have taken the hotel provided bus transfers but wanted something with fewer stops, less waiting and more private. Leon and Omar met us at the airport with no wait (despite us being 30 minutes early), loaded our bags, and we were on our way within 5 minutes. They also provided water for my two boys and a cold Red Stripe to my husband and I!

On the way to our hotel, Omar explained the sights and shared some great information on the Jamaican culture. He was very polite and was happy to stop at a clean gas station so we could use the restrooms. There was no pressure to go inside and purchase anything and we were back on the road within a few minutes. Omar was also a very safe driver and was in tune with our mood. As my children fell asleep, he stopped chatting and turned the music down which was also greatly appreciated.

On the way from our hotel to the airport, Ryan was our driver and we were equally impressed with him. He was very prompt, quickly helped us load our luggage and got us on the road. He also shared information on the sights and some history of Jamaica which was fun to learn. We asked him for some recommendations on things to do on our next trip and he was happy to share his thoughts on not only excursions but also the differences of various resorts. We really appreciated the insider perspective.

We couldn't have had a better experience with Jamaica Experience and 100% recommend them!

Ryan is the Man!!

Ryan was the tour operator we had with Jamaica Experience Tours and let me say, he was the best! He first of all waited at the resort, patiently while we received our covid test. He then took us sight-seeing along the way and even stopped so we could take photos. He then drove us to the shopping area which I purchased a lot of merchandise that I found was at a bargain. He then took us to this lovely beach and we ate and played all day! After that, we had a memorable time at Rick's Cafe. After that, he drove us back to the resort safely. We felt like we had met a old friend. He was so nice and made you feel comfortable. Ryan will definitely be a driver that when I am in Jamaica, I must have. This tour company was so professional, I felt like a million bucks!

We had the pleasure of meeting Orlando and Leon on the first day of our vacation to Jamaica. They picked us up from the airport on our first day. They were very professional and extremely fun! Made us feel at home and very comfortable. We then booked another tour to do a catamaran trip and then finish the day at Rick's Cafe. Because the sea was rough that day our catamaran trip was cancelled. They let us pick any thing else to do for the afternoon. Orlando stayed with us for the day to make sure our beach day was perfect. We then finished our day at Ricks as planned. It was perfect! Would book through them and no one else when we return.

Jamaica Graduation Trip

I want to send a special thanks and shout out Leon. I was on a tour with a colleague of his , and Leon joined our tour to add Experience and Expertise . His presence and Knowledge was comforting for me since I was traveling with my wife and daughters.
I want to say if you bring your family you couldn’t get a Better Tour Guide. Being a Security professional , Safety is always my main concern . I felt Safe and Well provided for with Leon’s Presence

Let me start by saying that YOU SHOULDN’T BE GOING TO NO-ONE BUT LEON! Leon was extremely punctual and not to mention his professionalism. He made sure we were safe from the moment we got to Jamaica to the second that we left. He is knowledgeable of everything pertaining to Jamaica. He made sure we were satisfied with everything and he went out of his way for us more than once. I booked the Martha Brae river activity with him and i also booked the airport transportation with him. Sadly i booked another activity but it wasn’t with him and he informed me that he had multiple activity deals so make sure you ask him about that! I wish i could write a book about how amazing he made our experience. I came to Jamaica for a getaway graduation trip with some friends and I don’t regret anything!!!!!!!!!!! Leon is the best tour guide in Jamaica and if you don’t book with him i promise you’re missing out.

We were picked up from our resort by Nigel Mighten to go to the Martha Brae River Rafting. What a great time! He went above and beyond during our ride to and from to show and tell us about sites we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. Wonderful experience, and so friendly!!!

If you are looking for a awesome tour company, this is it. Leon is such a cool dude. Me and my family tour with this company to a lot of attractions on the island. He is very knowledgeable of Jamaica and we felt safe at all time. Very clear vehicle. We have to use this tour company again when we come back to Jamaica.
