Andrea (owner) and Donovan (my driver) were great! Used them to travel around Jamaica for a few weeks. Hit a ton of different stops, had a great time, and was also super affordable compared to other options. Highly recommend!

The initial communication with Andrea was amazing. Very responsive. Andrea answered all of my questions in a timely manner no matter what time of day or night. On-point airport transfer. Great day trip into Negril with Ricky. I recommend Travel Around Jamaica for a personalized experience with courteous and knowledgeable drivers Well done team.

I requested a custom tour to Dunn’s River Falls, lunch and Scotchie’s and River Rafting for 10 travelers, including transportation and was not disappointed!
Our driver, Lopez was a dream to work with. Superb customer service, easy to work with, worked with all tour locations so all we did was show up. We had such a great time we booked him by name for dinner transportation the next day.
Ms. Angie who runs things behind the scene was also quite delightful, thorough and a pleasure to plan the activities with. Will 100% be back in MoBay and recommend Travel Around Jamaica Tours.

My sister Rhonda booked a trip to Jamaica for her 55th birthday and asked me and 2 of my cousins to come along. She informed us that we would have a driver for the time we were there. The driver was Delmar, he was very professional, very attentive to our needs, and extremely knowledgeable of Montego Bay and surrounding areas. He was like a breath of fresh air. He really made us feel safe no matter where we traveled. When I come back I am definitely requesting Delmar............a very nice, attentive and humble guy. This company got it right.

The service was execllent. I had millions of questions and Andrea answered all of them promptly via email. So I also booked for airport transfer together with a bespoke day trip to Kingston.
Lopez was our driver for the day. He gave us a lot of background information all the way from Montego Bay to Kingston. Initially, we planned to visit the Bob Marley Museum, then Tuff Gong Studio and also Trench Town culture yard. We arrived at Bob Marley Museum a little early, so Lopez took us to a local place to get some breakfast which was awesome. Then we went back and did the Bob Marley Museum Tour which was amazing. We found out that they were not doing the Tuff Gong Studio Tour on the day but Lopez took us there anyway to take some pictures outside which was good for us. We also went to Trench Town Culture Yard to see how people lives in Trench Town. It was an eye opener for us to see exactly how the local people lives. Lopez then ask if we went to go anywhere else, so we stopped off at Scotchie for some lunch. They cook the jerk different than what I thought. It has like a very nice and pretty eating area and we really enjoied the food. Then we went to do some shopping before heading back. We thoroughly enjoyed our Kingston day. With my hubbie being a bit Reggea fan, he was very pleased with this day trip. Lopez was amazing.
Overall, drivers are knowledgable, friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend and use TAJ again.

The driver and the narrator were courteous and insightful. We toured every part of Jamaica. We stopped for Jamaican food along the way. Our last stop was at Margaretaville, it was so much fun. I recommend Travel Around Tours to anyone interested in having a good time with good people.

Private transfer from Grand Pallidium to Mystic Mountain and Dunns River for 8. Andrea was fantastic during the booking and the driver Thrue was great, made everyone feel welcome, great host and driver. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We came to Jamaica to do a burial at sea for my late father. We had to get a permit to bring get his ashes through customs. Andrea was prompt and concise with her communication. Chris was waiting for us at the airport, took me to 2 places in town to pay for and obtain a permit. He even went inside with me to make sure I had what I needed. He then took us back to the airport with the permit to retrieve my Dads ashes from customs, and then he took us to our resort. It was so smooth. My husband was not in favor of any of this ahead of time, but it all went off without a hitch. I was uneasy about dealing with a company that I didn’t know was legit. I paid my deposit to a Andrea via Zelle, held my breath and hoped for the best. I can attest they are indeed legit. Professional and kind. I’m very grateful to have had their help with this very special errand.

Hired a private driver to take us to Kingston from Montego Bay to watch a Rugby game and explore a bit of Kingston. First off, communication with Travel Around Jamaica was superb! We were arranging to watch a Rugby game in Kingston and times changed last minute. They were very accommodating and put our needs first. They kept up with all the changes and were so nice about it! I felt so bad but they assured me that it was all going to work out. Our driver Donovan was the nicest man! He got us to Kingston safely and made sure our friend made the Rugby match on time. He was on time with picking us up and made sure we got the best Jerk chicken in Kingston! Overall experience was amazing. I wish we had more time to go around Montego Bay, where Donovan is from, he was ready to show us all over but we didn't have enough time! Would definitely recommend this company 1000%

I booked a day trip for shopping and lunch in Montego Bay for my boyfriend, one year old son, and myself. Our driver Roslyn was truly the greatest. She made us feel very welcomed and safe. She took some family photos for us and made sure we happy.
We had Markland as our driver to the airport, he was also the greatest. He made sure we made it safe and on time for our flight.
Overall, if you’re wondering if you should book this company, I’d say YES! Ms. Andrea was very quick with responding to my questions and made everything convenient. We will be using Travel Around Jamaica Tours every time we are in Jamaica!

Hello, I am thinking of coming to Jamaica in February 2018. I have been searching all the places of interest to go to. Montego Bay is where we plan to stay. I see there are private tours. There are tours that have some places and things that I like but not others. I was intrigued by the combo tour of "Zipline, Tubing and ATV Safari Adventure from Montego Bay" but want the muddy ATV tour "Jamaican ATV Off-Road Adventure in Sandy Bay" I couldn't find any other tubing, rafting one alone from Montego Bay. I see some of the individual tours are 2 hours and to me, it is a waste each day to do these single things. With the private tours, can we pick out the specific tours and places we want to go to and do and have it in one day?

The private tour companies are essentially a private transport service - they will check opening times/sailing times of the attraction and take you there. I would suggest that you email Andrea at TAJ and ask her if they could provide the tours you are interested in. She's very helpful and I'm sure she will help you organise the tour for you.
