Friendly, reliable service! Even with all the great reviews, I was a little nervous about booking with a local company. But, there was no need. We were greeted by a friendly agent as soon as we walked out of the terminal. She notified the driver who was there within a few minutes. On the way back, the driver was at our hotel 15 minutes early. We were very fortunate to have Lorenzo as our driver both ways. Lorenzo was fantastic! He was attentive, personable and an expert driver. Highly recommend them.

I wanted to surprise my wife with an unexpected way to bridge the 90 drive from the Montego Bay airport to Sandals South Coast. Based upon my research and feedback I saw on sites like Trip Advisor, I chose this JVCT. And, I was absolutely thrilled that I did. Once I arrived at the Sandals site at the airport, the staff there knew quickly where to locate the JVCT representative. The JVCT rep was courteous and very energetic. She guided us through the airport to an area where we met the pilot. The pilot was also very polite and anxious to help us and assure we have a pleasant 18 minute flight. The helicopter was clean and well maintained (not that I am an expert), and the flight was smooth. We flew at about 2500 feet the entire way and had a great view of the country-side the whole way. Even flew through a light rain shower. The JCVT stayed in touch with the Sandals South Coast staff and as we made our landing approach to the resort, we could see Sandals staff waiting for us. The return trip was just as smooth - everything on time and well organized. Highly recommend!!!

First of all I would like to thank to our pilot. We booked transfer from MBJ to Sandals Whitehouse. A JVCTT representative was waiting for us inside the airport, he escort us to Sundals lounge(notify them that we are here). Then quickly took us (5 minute ride) on the heliport. At the office, quickly checked our reservations and we were taken to the helicopter.At the entrance to the disc landing sites tested us and our bags. Our bags were already loaded in the helicopter. Very nice pilot introduced himself to us and we were seated in the helicopter. During the magnificent flight the pilot told us that we see around. The whole flight was wonderful. Seemed to last seconds. After landing the pilot escorted us from the helicopter and waited with us until the Sandals car arrived. Everyone who worked with us were very professional. I recommend this company.

I booked JCVT for there services and had to cancel. I called a month in advance and they said they would process the refund, this never happened. There website says they issue refunds if you cancel and 6 months has passed. This was in February 2020 before Covid hit. They have stopped responding to emails and calls. Think twice before you book with them. If you book with them thru Paypal, contact Paypal within 180 days and ask for refund. Don't wait for them they are not reliable.

I booked a return airport transfer from Montego bay airport to Sunscape Splash November 11, to return on the 17th.
My flight was changed and I ended up having to pay someone to drive me to Kingston to catch my flight to Turks and Caicos.
The original pickup was great, albeit a little late. However when I contact JCVTT (Troy) to ask about a refund for my return transfer that I wouldn't be able to use, I was promised it would be returned in 2 weeks max.
I'm patient. I work front desk at a hotel so I understand how it works.
I contacted Troy twice, each time reassured my refund was coming. It never did. I know it's only $34 but I don't appreciate dishonesty and lies.
I am tired of chasing them for the refund but just be wary of paying in advance as you'll never receive a refund if things change.

I booked the Round trip Transfer from MBJ airport to Bahia Principe Grand @ Runway bay. After arrival at airport on Oct 4 -2022 we (9 people) all friends senior with few disability had to wait 45 minutes to get their small van. Not big and luxurious as shown in their website. "Mark", the driver drove recklessly to take us in resort. Then he demanded tips of $20.00 I gave him the tips because I needed to go back to airport. The day before departure I called him & he tried to fix time as per his convenience like 8:30 morning when our flight is at 2:30 United, finally I agreed with him at 10;00 AM pickup. But he did not showed up before 11:00AM, then as usual he was driving fast and changing the lanes, pressing brake hard with safety risk. Then he started abusing us like do not touch air condition vent , do not eat mango in his van. Telling the Ladies YOO which not respectable word in Jamaica, some other native told me. Then he demanded high tips again. My wife advice me not to give him much then he got upset and started shouting to my wife. He is rude. He asked me to buy Marijuana which I refused. His company not listed as Travel company by my Bank. Do not book with them. Their website comes off & on in Net

I will start off by inviting anyone to go to the JCVTT website and try calling any of the phone numbers given. You will not reach anyone. Secondly, I will say that I followed their instructions and tried to call the day before to confirm, but no one ever answered. I had to send repeated emails to get responses. When I got the response for today's pick up (late last night), I was expecting the driver to be a little late (that's how it is in Jamaica), but after 75 minutes of waiting and getting into danger of missing my flight, I had to resort to an expensive last minute taxi. I am in that vehicle now, praying that I don't miss my flight. We will have to stop at an ATM because the taxi will only take cash.
I can show everyone the email strings between me and JCVTT. You are taking a big risk using this company.

We booked a helicopter transfer for our trip from Montego Bay to Sandals South Coast. Transfer agent met us outside the arrival area of the airport, handed off from our Club Mobay guide to the Agent. had to wait about 30 minutes, just enough time for a Red Stripe and a BR break. Then, it was carry the bags back to the departure terminal (about 75 yards), back through security for domestic flights, and onto the chopper. The two of us booked the entire helicopter and took all our luggage, but it will carry 2 couples wit limited luggage. Pilot flew us to resort, did a fly-by tour, and unloaded. Expensive, but worth it.

I want the Alert all users of Trip Advisor - This is a Bad Company. I booked the round trip fair using their website: info.jcvtt.com. The next day, my account posted 2 fraudulent charges. Upon arrival, no one was there to greet us. Driver that did eventually arrive...45 minutes late, was driving us as a Favor (with an elementary age child in the vehicle) and first stop...Wrong Hotel. Departure trip, never showed. Had to take a Cab. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was able to book a transfer from Sangster's to our hotel in Negril the day before we landed with no issues or anything. I should've booked a transfer earlier but got caught up in life ha and luuuuuckily, JCVT was able to accommodate me. I even put the wrong departure time when I initially made the reservation and was able to change it no problem (via email, too!).
Their website is easy to navigate and they have a virtual agent able to assist you :) I have a ton of travel anxiety and JCVT made things waaaay easier.
Def recommend.

Hello,
I stumbled across your post about having a helicopter ride to the sandals whitehouse resort. HOW cool is that?! My husband and I are coming down and staying there and would love to have this option as the start of our vacay. I am wondering did they take your bags on the helicopter also? We'll have two large suitcases. Does some of the time for commute get shortened with helicopter versus the bus?

Hey! I never got a reply myself from
TripAdvisor but we did take the helicopter and I would HIGHLY recommend it. Fantastic service. Took our suitcases on the helicopter also (it was just my husband and I on the helicopter though if you had more
People it might be a weight issue).
The only complaint I would have had is that we seemed to wait a bit for the ride to get to the helicopter pad - and it might have seemed a little sketchy at times BUT it was not at all.
The ride over the island was incredible to see from that view and our pilot gave us all sorts of great information.
Overall I would definitely recommend.
