Byron Powell s BY FAR the best guide you can have. I have used his services before on a previous visit to Mobay. On February 10, 2022 , my wife and I traveled from the U.S. to Mobay for our Honeymoon...and of course while we were there I had to have Byron show my wife the sights for her first time to Jamaica, and he did just that. I would highly highly recommend Island Tours and Transfers if you plan to visit Montego Bay! Top Notch!

Exceptional Private Transfers

Island Transfer and Tours offered unparalleled service.

From airport transfers to an impromptu day trip to a neighboring parish, Island Transfer and Tours were consistently punctual, warm and kind. Our drivers Clyde, Spence, Richard, Noel and David were opulently knowledgeable about the land and attractions.

My friend and I were stressed about a cancelled flight which would significantly delay our arrival to Montego Bay. The dispatcher/operator who navigated our frantic calls immediately set our minds at ease as she assured us someone will be awaiting our arrival no matter the time.

Upon my return to Jamaica, I will not hesitate to seek Island Transfers and Tours for any and (if possible) all my transportation needs.

We used Byrons transfer services three times during our very first visit to the island. With the craziness of being out the the US during such an uncertain time (COVID-19 pandemic) I had so many questions and possible changes to our travel plans. Byron was very responsive and reassuring that he was going to take care of us and that he absolutely did!! He made certain we were safe and well taken care of even with non transportation related questions.

His team was always early and easy to communicate with. The cars were clean and comfortable. We were blessed to have Byron himself drive us to our hotel in Ocho Rios. We learned so much about the wonderful island. His work ethic and commitment to providing a safe and personal experience far exceeded our expectations of a transportation service. I highly recommend Byron and his team! We will be back to Jamaica again one day and will be checking out other excursions that Byron provides as well.

Easy but overpriced

Booked a simple airport to hotel transfer. The hotel was only 5-10 minutes away. Had I known that any taxi ride would have been half price each way, I would have opted for that instead of using this company for the simple transfers

wonderful service for all transfers on the island

During our trip to Jamaica, we visited several parishes and used Island Transfer and Tours multiple times. All drivers were punctual, friendly, and extremely professional. They catered to our comfort level and showed genuine interest in making sure that our trips ran smoothly and were enjoyable...and they succeeded! I will definitely seek their services for future trips to Jamaica.

Highly recommend. More affordable than drivers arranged through the resorts. Reliable, arrived early, professional, and actually drove safely while navigating the traffic. We used Island Transfer for rides to and from the airport, and regret not using them for our one trip off of the resort.

We have used island transfer every time we are in Jamaica and the drivers have been great! Definitely worth a few extra bucks to go straight to your resort!! Shout out to Damien for the great info about the island on our trip to the airport!

Our day trip from Iberostart to Negril was amazing. Our driver Mr. Lawrence was amazing and knowledgeable. He picked us up from the airport and did our day tour. We will use them again next year. Great company to use.

Phenomenal service

This is our second trip using this transportation service and we were appreciative of the great service. We were transported to and from our hotel and from Mobay to Negril. They were accommodating and reasonably priced. We recommended the company to other friends that were on the island as well.
