On to the Pelican Bar, with a quick beer at Dolphins Reef bar before the boat trip. Bradford was a great host, introducing the famous Jamaican driving style to us, and was a safe and enjoyable drive. So easy we booked online, got a confirmation and pick up time quickly. During our drive to Sandals South Coast he was able to provide us with local history and information about all the towns we drove through. We used reggae tours for a private transfer from Sangster Airport to Jewel Runaway Bay. We arrived in Jamaica around 2:30 p.m. on December 23rd. The airport was an absolute zoo – the busiest I had ever seen it. The light at the end of the tunnel was knowing we had our Reggae driver waiting for us. Per usual, they were on time, the van was in great shape and our driver had a cooler of red stripe and water waiting for us. Unfortunately, there was a tragic car accident en route to the resort, but our driver handled it great. We have used Reggae for almost every ride to our resort to the airport as it is a perfect start to our Jamaican vacay and will continue to use them in the future.

THANK YOU Reggae Tours and Gregg Connell for the outstanding services provided to me and my family during our vacation in Jamaica.
From the private roundtrip airport transfers to the private specialized 2 day tours at Mystic mountain and Montego Bay sightseeing tour.
Special thanks to our driver/guide ANTHONY who was knowledgable, patient and provided A+ service. If you want to eat with the locals, he’s your guy. We enjoyed foods from Scotchies Ochi (jerk pork), The “Puddin Man” (and their tasty fritters) and Millennium Victory restaurant (veggie balls). He hit every mark. We truly appreciate his attention to our needs to make our vacation a memorable one.

We arranged an all day custom tour via email before we arrived. This company was recommended by a trip advisor poster. They were very responsive to all our inquiries. Our driver was Mario and he arrived early at our resort for pickup. He adjusted our trip details on the fly so we missed the rain at our first stop. We left at 8am and returned around 4pm after going to Dunn’s Falls, Scotchies for lunch, then Martha Brae River rafting, and finally Rose Hall Great House. Great day all around. I do have a couple areas that could be improved...have water in the vehicle or tell guests they should bring their own drinks, and at Dunn Falls explain a bit more. We didn’t know we wouldn’t have a guide walking up the falls and that you had to pay extra for one. The only photos we’ve ever seen were groups walking up holding hands. Highly recommend this company for arranging custom tours.

We stayed in Jamaica for two weeks in Ocho Rios and Negril and used Reggae Tours for our transportation between resorts and to various destinations around the island. We took about 10 trips in total, and each time the drivers were professional and neat. Jerome Stevens and Bradford in particular were our repeat drivers, and we had a blast with them! Both of them would drive us to other destinations at our request on the way to or from the scheduled ones, (think grocery stores, restaurants, snacks, etc) and had their own suggestions for things to do. Jerome stopped at a shop carrying some goods that we said we wanted, and Bradford showed us the great DJ skills of DJ Dot Com. They were both also safe drivers and the car was comfortable and clean. We'd recommend Reggae Tours for people who have some scheduled destinations around the island and want a private driving experience.

We booked our 9 Mile Bob Marley Experience with Reggae Tours and Bradford made the experience unforgettable! He was punctual, professional, great company and was an excellent tour guide to us about other sights we saw on the island along the way. The museum visit was awesome and it was a great use of our time while in Ocho Rios. We didn't know Reggae Tours did airport transfers as well so we told Bradford we would make certain to keep Reggae Tours in mind for our next trip. We have spread the word to friends and family about them in the meantime. Thanks for the awesome time, Reggae Tours!

Booked online the day before leaving for our trip. Upon arrival at airport, went to desk #18 and we were immediately taken to our driver and got in the car. We were offered a complimentary Red Stripe or water for the ride and headed to our hotel in Rose Hall. I can't remember that driver's name, but he was very friendly and informative about Jamaican history, local attractions, the weather, etc.
Also booked the return trip online the day before our flight. Received an email a few hours later saying what time they would pick us up, based on our flight time (3 hours prior). Our driver, Easton, was waiting for us at the hotel entrance at the scheduled time and promptly got us to the airport.
I would highly recommend for the $35 each way (2 travelers).

I would highly recommend this company. They were very patient when half of our group didn’t arrive on time. The drivers were friendly and informative. The communication for pick up and the returning ride was clear. They were on time and the vehicles were very comfortable, clean and in nice shape. I had many questions they answered and were very patient with all of my questions. Use these folks, mon!!

My husband and I booked a private tour from our montego bay resort to dunn river falls with Reggae Tours. Our guide Bradford, Brad, was awesome. He was on time, polite, pleasant, so informative about the island. Took us to the falls, went for lunch, told him we like seafood so he took us to "sharkies" on the beach. Prepared fresh from the fishing boats that day.
Brad took excellent care of us and made our whole day a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend!

We did private car service for the day from our resort in Ocho Rios. We spent part of the day at Dunn's River Falls, enjoyed some local cuisine, relaxed while seeing the countryside, and did some shopping. It was a perfect birthday for my husband. Our driver Donette was not only professional but entertaining and informative as well. She gave us a great history lesson. I not only recommend Reggae Tours but, we will be using them again when we return to the island.

Had a private transfer with ONeill to Negril. He chatted a little bit with us but but overall was quite quiet.
Played music on the way but not on the way back. Was literally a drive to Margaritaville with the shop next door and a drive to Ricks after. No other stops offered or suggested like the itinerary said and we had to ask what things were etc.
Nice enough trip but not very personable. I’ve used other tour companies in the past in Jamaica who have supplied water or red stripe to passengers, no drinks offered so bring your own. Suggested stops and lots of laughs and chat all the time. This wasn’t like this sadly.
