Excellent service provided by Mr. Morris. First time in Jamaica and his services were highly recommended by a family member, I was astonished by his level of concern and interest to provide exceptional service and guarantee I have a great stay while in Jamaica. On one occasion I was out of a phone charger and could not purchase one on the resort... Mr Morris arranged for a driver to take me to get a charger off the resort, the next day I was driven into Mo Bay to do some shopping. Overall, I strongly recommend his services due to his level of professionalism, concern, and pleasant personality. Very warm, welcoming, and inviting.

We had a great day trip! Morris was so friendly and had such good knowledge of the local area. We started liasing days before we arrived and he was so patient with our ever-changing schedule. All in all a great service and fantastic value for money.

Once again we travel to Jamaica. This year with a total of 64 people Arriving at different times. Morris and Coleen handled all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. They are always prompt and courteous and very professional. When you meet them you will know immediately that you are more than a customer.. that you are there friends and by the time you leave you will feel like you are their family. I highly recommend them for any and all of your needs while you are in Jamaica.. whether it is being picked up from the airport or a day excursion. They offer a fair and honest price. I now know why we have use them more times than I can count. They truly are the best people you’ll find and so happy that I can call them my friends. Look no further for your transportation needs ! They truly are the best in the business!

We came across Jamisland tours while looking for private airport transportation to and from Montego Bay airport to our resort in Runaway Bay. Lynval was great to work with...very responsive to my many questions, knowledgeable about the area, and made the whole transaction simple and enjoyable! I found his rates better than others, and his service fantastic. He was waiting for us at the airport, just like he said and they same can be said for our driver on the way back. Unfortunately, we didn't leave the resort during our stay, but will be sure to use him for excursions on our next stay!!!

In November, my family used Jamisland tours for the third time while visiting Jamaica. As always, the service we received was STELLAR! I called Morris the week before my trip and we discussed pick up at the airport. Things were a bit more complicated than our past trips because one of my children was arriving three days after the rest of our group. Morris was happy to work with us to pick up my son from the airport and then drive directly to our hotel so that we could all go for a day of fun! Morris took advantage of our late start in the day to suggest visiting the Illuminous Lagoon as our last stop. We first visited the Secret Falls, which was amazingly beautiful, and by the time we were done and heading back, it was starting to get dark. It was perfect timing for a stop at the Illuminous Lagoon. The first boats launch at 7:00, but we arrived at around 6:30. Morris had a "conversation" with the folks running the boats, and convinced them to take off on their first tour early, which was completely awesome, because the tour was just us and two other couples who were also waiting. I didn't realize what a perk this was until I saw people on the boats coming in at the time we were leaving. Every boat was smooshed full of people. Morris's relationship with the boat operators made our experience completely awesome! I don't know that it would have been quite as enjoyable if we were in one of the later groups, packed to the brim with people. The following day we went to Dunn's Falls and an innertube river ride, which were also fun. While travelling I mentioned my love of sour sop fruit, and the next day Morris brought me a large sour sop and two passion fruits. That was really nice of him as eating fresh tropical fruit is definitely one of the highlights of visiting Jamaica. Morris was a great tour guide, getting us in at the right time and the right place to have an awesome experience. He was prompt and reliable and full of good suggestions about how to enjoy Jamaica. And, after driving around the island for a couple of days, I realized that there is no way I could ever do it on my own. There is a special talent associated with being able to navigate the roads in some areas, and I'm awful glad I had Morris to do it for me. He's quite a professional. I recommend Jam Island Tours unequivocally. If you're coming to Jamaica, there is no better option.
