AirLink Express is The Domestic Airline of Jamaica. Our services range from Private Air Charter, Aerial Tours, Scheduled Services and Corporate Jet Charters.
AirLink Express provides air service to all Aerodromes and Airports in Jamaica. Our Head office is located in Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay.

This is very safe airline. I have flown with AirLink many times. Not only to Negril but Runaway Bay as well. The journey is short and safer than driving. I read about one incident, the plane landed safely with no injuries. The pilots are well trained and have many hours of practice. Their aircraft are maintained to FAA specs. I have flown on their TurboProp and piston aircraft. I’m looking forward to my next trip to Jamaica. Possibly in 2026. Note, I did meet the company’s founder once. Nice guy, at the time, he was still a pilot and flew one of my flights.

2nd time we’ve taken the short flight from Montego Bay to Negril… it is a MUST do!!! David was our awesome captain!! Stepped off the plane and were in our hotel within 1 hour!!

I would day it is 15 minutes. Flew round trip from Mobay to Negril. The rep met me at the Couples Swept Away Lounge and we went straight to the plane. First time with Air Link. Flown 7 other times with Tim Air. This is not a scam as a previous poster has posted as their review. They evidently did not know what they were doing.
Once at the airport they will have a ride for you to your resort. Tip the driver. Also be sure you have a ride back to the airport. Airlink told me they would have someone at my resort at 12 on day of departure yet no one showed up and my resort had to call someone. I would of given them a 5 if they would have followed through on this. Not sure what happened.

DO NOT USE. THIS IS A SCAM BETWEEN TAXIS AND THIS COMPANY. we arrived with time to take a FREE shuttle from our hotel to the airport and they delayed us so long that we have to use their friend taxi that happened to be sitting there waiting on us. Asked about it they were paying for the taxi and was told nope. So instead of telling us the weather would no Permit out flights they kept us there until we had no option but to have to pay the taxi that happened to be there. Scam DO NOT USE. So why not pay another 120 when they knew they were not flying us back.

I'll start off by saying, don't do this if you're trying to save time. By the time we waited for the plane to arrive, our luggage to be loaded, and got off the ground, we probably could have beaten the plane there on the shuttle. With that said, this was still a great experience if you enjoy small planes. We were able to get a bird's eye view of the coast of Montego Bay and Negril, as well as see our resort from above.

We are please it to know that you enjoyed the experience and we hope to see you again soon,however we have to emphasize that sometimes like any other airline, we are subjected to delays that get out of our hands, we confidently affirm that it continues to be much faster,efficient and safe than taking the bus

Using health and safety as an excuse we justified a transfer from MBJ to Negril with Airlink. We were escorted from Club Mobay lounge to domestic departures..perhaps a 5 minute walk and out to the plane and up and away. Asour incoming flight was a little early we were in Negril before our scheduled MBJ arrival time! Flight was smooth, quick and an opportunity for a very different view. There was a taxi available at the airport and we were dropped off at our hotel just a few miles down the road. For arrival it is rally nice to get there as early as possible so we will definitely consider this for our next trip. Thanks David (pilot)

They were suppose to deliver a puppy I purchased but then told me they had to have "pet insurance " of 1000 dollars and wanted me to buy 2 apple gift cards that would be refunded upon delivery. But I called the airline they were going to be landing at and they told me they never heard of them. Please DO NOT purchase anything from them. That's suppose to be where they were layovered. If you notice the plane in the back ground is in Canada.

We fly round trip from Mobay to Negril, very friendly staff from start to finish. Once we were out of customs an airlink representative took our bags and we headed to there security bag check and walk onto tarmac from there. Approximately 15 minutes total in time from customs to being ready for take off, we were in the air for 17 minutes. Once we landed we were walking across the street to our resort within 5 minutes. I have been on the bus anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours depending on schools let out and rush traffic and that doesn’t include waiting for them to load up and wait for other passengers to get on. Well worth the extra money, see you next year!! Thanks again Airlink.

1 year after previously using Airlink, the booking and payment system is much improved and easier. The Club Mobay rep found our contact and shortly we were on our way to Negril!
Friendly and polite staff and the pilot let my wife “fly” the plane too….
Return flight was a different matter.
Due to the weather, our plane was delayed, however, a replacement plane was provided so we were 30 mins later to Montego Bay airport than planned.
5 star service !

Fast and efficient service. Loved the fact that flight time to Negril was 14 minutes….means we were checked in and on the beach on day 1 (having travelled from the UK). Return journey also meant we had ALL morning on the beach before the flight at 2pm back to MBJ…
