I would day it is 15 minutes. Flew round trip from Mobay to Negril. The rep met me at the Couples Swept Away Lounge and we went straight to the plane. First time with Air Link. Flown 7 other times with Tim Air. This is not a scam as a previous poster has posted as their review. They evidently did not know what they were doing.
Once at the airport they will have a ride for you to your resort. Tip the driver. Also be sure you have a ride back to the airport. Airlink told me they would have someone at my resort at 12 on day of departure yet no one showed up and my resort had to call someone. I would of given them a 5 if they would have followed through on this. Not sure what happened.

I'll start off by saying, don't do this if you're trying to save time. By the time we waited for the plane to arrive, our luggage to be loaded, and got off the ground, we probably could have beaten the plane there on the shuttle. With that said, this was still a great experience if you enjoy small planes. We were able to get a bird's eye view of the coast of Montego Bay and Negril, as well as see our resort from above.

We are please it to know that you enjoyed the experience and we hope to see you again soon,however we have to emphasize that sometimes like any other airline, we are subjected to delays that get out of our hands, we confidently affirm that it continues to be much faster,efficient and safe than taking the bus

Using health and safety as an excuse we justified a transfer from MBJ to Negril with Airlink. We were escorted from Club Mobay lounge to domestic departures..perhaps a 5 minute walk and out to the plane and up and away. Asour incoming flight was a little early we were in Negril before our scheduled MBJ arrival time! Flight was smooth, quick and an opportunity for a very different view. There was a taxi available at the airport and we were dropped off at our hotel just a few miles down the road. For arrival it is rally nice to get there as early as possible so we will definitely consider this for our next trip. Thanks David (pilot)

Fast and efficient service. Loved the fact that flight time to Negril was 14 minutes….means we were checked in and on the beach on day 1 (having travelled from the UK). Return journey also meant we had ALL morning on the beach before the flight at 2pm back to MBJ…

DO NOT USE. THIS IS A SCAM BETWEEN TAXIS AND THIS COMPANY. we arrived with time to take a FREE shuttle from our hotel to the airport and they delayed us so long that we have to use their friend taxi that happened to be sitting there waiting on us. Asked about it they were paying for the taxi and was told nope. So instead of telling us the weather would no Permit out flights they kept us there until we had no option but to have to pay the taxi that happened to be there. Scam DO NOT USE. So why not pay another 120 when they knew they were not flying us back.

It was an amazing experience, fast, safe and beautiful views, My husband and I used this service for the first time last year on our honeymoon and it was FABULOUS!!! We can’t wait to come back to Jamaica and hopefully see Dave the pilot when we get the air taxi to Negril. He was kind, accommodating and lots of fun!!
