Dressel Divers was a walk down the beach from Iberostar Grand Rose Hall, which is why we used them.
My friend attempted a dive but was unable to clear her ears. The dive master was patient and understanding and the boat captain entertained her with stories while others were diving.
We also went parasailing together using Dressel Divers. The folks on the boat were friendly. It was a launch and return from the back of the boat (versus launch on the beach amd retrieve in the water). That makes it simple for first time parasailers. It was ~10 minutes in the air which feels longer than it sounds. They also have a photographer with digital pictures for sail for reasonable prices.
I'd use them again.

We’ve been diving with Dressel Jamaica.
They are super well organised and all the staff is very kind and helpfull.
The club is situated nearby a pier. Acces to the boot is very easy and the diving sites are very close.
We had some very relaxing dives.
I would recommend Dressel Divers for 100%

Our family loves to dive. We booked 4 dives over two days with Dressel in Montego Bay. We always dive with a private dive master and safety is our number one priority. Our first two dives were with Tess and she is truly the best! She was so out going, personal, and easy to talk to. A smile never left her face. I told her I had trouble with bouancy and she helped me so much. I felt like an advanced diver after my first dive. I have 30+ dives under my belt, and that was the first time I was 100% successful. We asked for her for our next 2 dives the next day and even though it was her days off, she came in!! We saw amazing things and left beyond satisfied. A special shout-out also to our boat captain Ding Dong. He was all smiles and took care of us. This is the only place to dive in Montego Bay!

It was a very pleasure making friends with Mr. Glenroy. I wasn’t very confident with sailing in the catamaran so I paid the fee of $49 USD just to get the lesson. It was money well spent. Glenroy was patient and taught me the ropes on how to handle the catamaran. From knowing the hull construction to tacking and drive turning. Additionally, he was relaxed and chill. Even when I turned the wrong way, causing me to lose my sail on a relatively botched tack turn.
Furthermore, he is very attentive to his surroundings. He was ready to jump into the catamaran to ensure his customers are safe and coaches them back to shore with ease and patience. I must say, he is the epitome of good customer service. Professional and jovial, cheerful and patient.

Loved the staff and they made our trip. Even with less than par weather … they were fantastic … I would use Dressell on other islands because of this experience. A HUGE shout out to Moses for arranging our private catamaran and making sure the drinks were stocked. Our captain Carlington was very outgoing and made the six ladies feel like they were queens. They asked questions about how to operate the boat .. etc and he took time to explain. He played any music we wanted … even country roads!! JJ took us snorkeling and I will say he was the BEST guide we have ever had for snorkeling. He took time to point out a ton of sea life and really guided us .. it wasn’t a jump in the water and see what you see experience. JJ corralled all six of us together and explained what things were and took a lot of time to show us the sea life.

My first time under the waves was far more than I anticipated. Fran from Spain gave us a free session in the pool and made it seem so easy that we signed up for a dive.
Our dive instructor was Jessie T from South Africa, he was superb. From fitting us into our suits and gear to teaching us all the hand signs, he was very patient.
Under the waves he was even better, not only did he take extra time getting me down (my ears were waterlogged before I started) but he frequently would point out eels, and fish that I would have missed. He also made the talk sign to say he would explain more later topside.
I expected trouble with the mask fogging and clearing water from my mask, neither were a problem once you get a few feet down, and clearing water proved easy
Our highlights include 3 lion fish that Jessie spotted down in a canyon, 6 squid, Morey eels, hermit crabs in conch shells, lute fish, trumpet fish, all sorts of coral and so many fish. I've done snorkel before but this was another entire world like a magical kingdom, I highly recommend it and highly recommend Jessie in particular.
Back on the boat, Jessie and the other instructors all talked about what we saw. Heather from Canada was great and ran the different groups and the boat plus she had all the tricks with the defogger, Chris from England aka Thor, had a flashlight and pointed stuff out to me as well.

We were staying at Iberostar Suites where Dressel Divers manages the water sports services. They offer Catamaran’s, Paddle boards, Kayak’s and Snorkeling equipment. They also offer sunset cruises for small groups, Banana boat rides and Parasailing. We are experienced sailors and were excited to have the Catamaran’s available.
We met DJ our first day who was enthusiastic and extremely accommodating. After our first sail, he gave us a standing reservation every day so we could take advantage of what we enjoy most.

I dive with Dressels when I can. First time in Jamaica and as usual great service. Safe company to dive with and they do their best to get you on the dives you want to do. The ladies at the desk just fabulous and lots of fun. Charlene just loved bugging me and kept us in line. The divemasters and instructors all great and make the dive fun. This is a great spot for new divers and those wanting to get certified as dives are easy. I was very impressed with Gabi as he was new from Brazil but lots of experience. Hardly speaks English as he wants to learn but I had no problem understanding his dive brief. He was so helpful on the boat even helping those not part of his group all to ensure everyone got in the water on time and feeling relaxed. I hope you hang onto him. Steve, Wayne, James , Connor and the rest of the gang were all great. Steve and Gabi did a great pool check and although I didn't want to do it initially, I did find it beneficial as it was more thorough than anticipated and a great refresher. I would highly recommend chosing Dressels if you want a safe, organized and fun dive experience.

We had not travelled abroad for over a year due to the complications with covid and the associated risks. We decided to take a local dive holiday to get a break seeing all our plans for the last year were postponed.
We were most pleasantly surprised with Dressel Divers from the start. They were so helpful in terms of making the bookings and answering all the questions we had.
On arrival we found their staff to be very friendly, competent and organized. Diving over several days we were very surprised at the “healthy” state of the coral! The shallow reefs were vibrant and colourful like we have seen nowhere else in Jamaica recently. Extensive beds of live staghorn, elkhorn, other coral as well as sponges of all different colours. We had a bottlenose dolphin pay us a visit on one dive!
World class in our eyes comparable to the best of most diving destinations anywhere, and that says a lot for the three of us diving who have collectively logged well over 6,000 dives over 120 years in many, many countries.
Devils wall was absolutely amazing! Visibility 150 foot+! We went deeper than 100 and could clearly see the bottom of the sheer vertical wall maybe another 150 feet lower. Huge, magnificent black coral dominated the wall. We saw one of the largest turtles I have every seen in local waters. Maybe five foot across!
The operation has full equipment although we brought out own and they have comfortable dive boats with plenty space and some shade. The best part is that the dive sites are close by. Some only 5 minutes away and the furtherest we went was 20 only minutes!
We really hit it off and got along well with Marie the manager, and instructors Rozie and Oli as well as the rest of the crew of captains etc.
Highly recommend this operation because of all of the above. We will be back soon!

The Dressel Divers hut in located right on the beach at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites we visited. We spoke with some very knowledgeable people who recommended different excursions based on the people we were traveling with (children ages 6,10 and 2 elderly handicapped). We decided to do the snorkeling and sandbar excursion with the Catamaran ($69/person). It was the most amazing time! The boat staff were extremely helpful with my parents, who are handicapped and helped get them on and off the boat (which was not easy!). The boating time was great, the captain and his staff were entertaining and amazing. The snorkeling area was good, not great, but it was still very fun - I only say this because I have been to some amazing snorkeling areas in other countries. The sandbar was the highlight of the trip. My 10 year old loved it because they allowed you to jump off the catamaran into the water while catching footballs in the air. It was the best time! I highly recommend it for everyone!

Hi, I'm staying at Mangos and am interested in completing 5/6 specialist dives for Advanced OW Certification - I have an OW Card but have only completed 14 dives - a refresher and 3 dives in the last week. Can you advise me of transport possibilities prior to reserving/booking?

What you have said is so true, and is what I just experienced on August 19th! I wish I had read this first! The drink maker was drinking and had is headphones on singing to himself the whole entire time. Minimal guest interaction, and I didn't like how they didn't explain it to us either. It was just like here, hop in this dark water....
