Travel along Jamaica’s north coast on this catamaran cruise in Montego Bay. While onboard the boat, sip cocktails from an open bar and enjoy appetizers as you listen to reggae music and take in panoramic views of the Caribbean. Plus go snorkeling at a coral reef near Doctor's Cave Beach.

The staff at the Equestrian Center was wonderful in setting my family at ease for a “Turf and Surf” experience. Javon and Errol led our family from the center to the beach, where we took the horses into water and went swimming with them. Javon was especially adept at reassuring us at how it would be safe, and Errol was super kind and helpful with our daughter. Also Romario took great pictures for us!

Only 6 riders in the group with experts to support them along the way. The staff focused on safety, comfort, and fun, making the experience very personal for each rider. Our daughter had not ridden in a while and loved it. She rode to the beach with her clothes on and bathing suit underneath. Quick change and they only took two into the water at a time, each with a private expert for support. We couldn't believe how far out they were able to go and swim the horses. They even allowed for a personal photo session for each rider close to the beach and our daughter just raved about how it felt. She loved it. We are so glad she had the opportunity. This is a high-end facility with great equipment and extremely professional staff. So glad we did this at Half Moon.

Sheldon was a great instructor and took us out riding on the beach and bareback riding in the sea! Both Sheldon an Romario made this a very memorable morning! Thank you! Trina runs a wonderful establishment - the stables are a very happy environment and most of the animals are rescues and are very well looked after - horses, donkeys, dogs and goats! Highly recommended!

I cannot put into words how much I appreciate Trina’s expertise, warmth, incredible instruction and happy, sound, sane, well-cared-for horses. That she operates a stable at a resort while also being as skilled a trainer and people reader is an uncommon combination. I came hoping to ride a bit but not expecting my 3 lessons with Trina to effectively shift my position l, every so subtly, along with mindset in a good way. I have a sense that my horse at home will be very grateful for my time riding with Trina in Jamaica. My 3 biggest take always: stretches to do while walking on a lose rein to start out, keeping my hands tidy, and the why and how of keeping my body and balance back and resisting the tendency to fall or tip forward. Each day we built upon the one before and I had a lovely connection with the retired jumper/dressage horse she chose for me. She came out each day with a flexible plan of exercises incorporating poles and small jumps to emphasize track (half/full circles) straightaways, pace, bending and straightness alone with position, all the while keeping my body back, my legs underneath me and my hands tidy. Her staff also took my family of 8, mostly non riders on their turf and surf ride. Can’t say enough about how much fun we all had swimming with these saintly horses! Thanks you for an amazing 4 days. Can’t wait to return!!!

If you like to have an unique experience in Jamaica don’t miss the swimming with the horses experience at Half Moon equestrian center. Trina and her team are very well organized and give you a life time experience. The rescued race horses are beautiful and well kept. The staff is very professional. Every two peoples have a private staff member assisting them what makes a beginner feeling very safe. There are lots of dogs and cats as well as a goat which are living at the equestrian center. Children can have pony rides.
