Affordable aiport transfers

I booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel in Ocho Rios firstly through booking.com, and then directly with Elegant Jam Tours for the return transfer. The price for the journeys was very competitive and it is obvious the company place a lot of priority and care for these critical journeys. Overall I would recommend them to everyone visiting Jamaica.

I needed a transfer from MBJ to Sunkissed villa that we rented on VRBO. It was difficult to find a company willing to take me since it is not one of the usual hotel. These people were amazing from the start. I sent them a message and heard back immediately. They were extremely accommodating, responsive, reasonable and reliable. Our driver to the villa, Jerry, was the best. Knowledgeable and kind. A wonderful way to start vacation. I highly recommend this company!

I paid in full for a round trip transfer from Montego Bay to Negril on December 20-27 for 6 passengers. On arrival we waited and waited. Finally they got a car for us. For 5 passengers only. Had to wait for another car to come. Overall we waited outside in the sun for 1.5 hours to get a van. Then the van had to stop for gas in a very long lineup. Paid for the return service as well. There were no responses to confirm the return service. So we took alternative transportation and no refund for this service either. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Never again. Beware. Sure started the holiday trip off on a bad foot.

We are sorry for your experience. How ever , we try to provide you with the best service as possible, There is no true about most of your statment we have evidence of picking u up on time and up on arrival, for departure you leave before your pick up from resort.

Late = missed flight

We booked round trip when we stayed at H10. We arrived at airport and they had to have driver returned as they told him he was done for the day. On the return trip they were over 30 min late causing us to miss our flight. When I wrote in they stated they would look into it and get back with me, but never did. We lost an 1.5hr direct flight and landed 8 hrs due to transfer and stress. I would not risk booking with them again due to their poor follow up

I was charged again a month after my trip for an airport transfer. Never will I use Jam tours in the future for anything.

Arriving in Jamaica my driver was great. Leaving Jamaica my driver was terrible he asked for my number, green card and to invest in his business will never use again

Good but LATE!

We reserved and paid our transfer with Jam Tours 2 weeks prior to arrival in Jamaica.
After a long flight, we waited for almost one hour for our taxi. There is no WIFI outside of the MBJ airport and could not get in touch with them. Luckily, a rep from another tour transfer company called them for us (twice). When they finally arrived we headed to Ocho Rios. The drive was pleasant and our driver, Korlando, was very nice and friendly. No water provided in the car (as advertised) so we bought our own.
I would probably use them again but I would require assurance that they would be on time.

This private transfer was great. They were at the airport on time with a sign with my name so Very easy to locate. The greeted us with a refreshing drink, which was appreciated because of the hot weather. On the way back to MBJ they picked us upon time and got us there fast and safe. The drivers and staff were phenomenal. Definitely worth it. It’s inexpensive too.

Transfer from airport to Resort

We booked a round trip private transfer for 4 people to/from airport to our resort in Runaway Bay. Both times, they were early waiting for us. The minivan was very clean. Driver was very careful and drove at the right speed. The guide was friendly and answered a lot of our questions. They responded my e-mail quickly when I had questions and confirmed my reservation. They also sent me a picture of the guide so I know who was going to pick us up at the airport. We liked them and booked a private island tour with them during our stay.
