Wayne was AMAZING. When we arrived at the Airport, we hadn't receive confirmation on our pickup. Via whatsapp, I made several calls to the resort and the transport number I had listed. I couldn't reach anyone. I looked at all the transport signs and didn't find our name anywhere. Wayne approached us wearing a Vest many were wearing on that side of the barricade and asked if we needed help. He didn't ask if we needed a ride, he asked if we needed HELP. When I explained our dilemma, he says let me try my cell phone. We stood there a few minutes using his phone calling the same numbers I tried. His phone didn't go through either. So he then says, if you need a ride, I can help you. The best part about this interaction was his willingness to HELP even if he wasn't sure he would be paid. This was true Customer Service in my opinion. I finally said, can you get us a ride. He said sure, as we approached a vehicle with all the proper markings/permits he begins loading our luggage into the van and heads towards the drivers seat. We said, Oh, you're a driver. He said yes....All this time he never tried to "take someone's customer", he tried to help and ultimately got our business and a gracious tip. He got us to our destination and said to us, after you talk to the hotel and get everything clear with your transfer, let him know if he could take us anywhere else

Turner Taxi is by far the best transportation service on the island!!! I've used them now for several years for my airport travel as well as for tours while I'm there. The level of lrofessionalism is unmatched and consistent with each driver, vehicle and excursion. No other company id use or refer to family and friends!!!! Love Carlton and the whole Turner Taxi Family!!!

My favorite part is the driver's (Chris) welcoming kindness. Every time he picks me up he welcomes me "home". He stopped at the grocery store upon my request so I could grab a few items before heading to my destination. I've used this service more than once and feel very safe. Always waiting to pick me up at at the airport and always on time to return me.

Local taxi driver Hughan Jarrett is the man to call for your tansportation needs. He was prompt, friendly & fair. He was such a nice man. Even sent a text making sure we made it home safely!

Montego Bay Airport Taxi gave us a very professional transportation from Airport to our Hotel in Rosehall, round trip. They showed up both: airport and Hotel on time and driver was very professional, giving us a confortable ride!!

Seamless travel experience - that is what you will get. Both our drivers were cordial, helpful and prompt. Prices are very reasonable. A great service we will use again and again.

We booked Montego Bay Airport Taxi for our return trip from the Airport to Sunscape Cove. The price was reasonable, and either better or in-line with other pre-booked providers and the booking process itself was easy. Website had a few text alignment issues but not hard to work out.
On arrival we found the driver just outside the main external door at arrivals and he took us to a waiting point while he brought the car around. Ride was comfortable and the cost made sense in light of the significant traffic between 4pm-6pm. The driver was friendly and told us about some of the areas we drove through.
Return journey was much quicker as on Sunday, but the driver arrived on time (slightly early) and was equally helpful.

Thank you very much for your review of our taxi service.. we are the most reasonable Taxi service in Jamaica. We are easy to find at the airport, we send arrival instructions on how to find us after booking to make this easy.
Our drivers are well experience about Jamaica therefore we always inform passenger about the island along the journey to the resort.
See you next time in Jamaica!

They did not show up at the airport to pick me up. I made a reservation a few days in advance. They never responded to my emails about the reservation.

Their are no Taxi bookings that we have not responded to, I have checked thoroughly. Now if you book us and don't get a confirmation email from us directly this means (your bookings were not received) we received a bookings like every hour of the day from customers.
When book a Taxi, we send drivers to the airport to get client only when we send you a confirmation email to the person that book, if you didn't recieved one then a driver won't be at the airport, if you book suddenly on the day of traveling then this is our phone number outline on the website for sudden bookings 1876 531-1002.

Hi, We're going to Montego Bay and wondering if it's necessary to book a car in advance if our hotel is 20min walk from the airport (5 min drive). The hotel is on Gloucester Ave, Montego Bay? We almost booked and we were being charged $30 for two and I thought that was ridiculously high for a 5 min drive. Please help
