Everything was perfect! I messaged avenique directly prior to booking—she answered all of my questions very quickly.
On the day of the tour, the shuttle arrived exactly one time. One of the advenique owners came with the driver to explain everything—she even brought a beautiful gift for us—a mini bamboo raft! (Thank you!)
Our driver, Jason, was so nice—safe driver, great conversation, and he waited for us everywhere we went. We could leave things in his car and not have to worry about carrying extra things along with us.
I really don’t think you can beat the price—transportation, admission to the attractions, and dinner at a jerk place—I highly recommend it.
My sister and I travelled with my 6 year old daughter—we felt 100% safe the entire time. These tours were also appropriate for her age.
The tours themselves were incredible...i have been to Jamaica maybe 10 times...this was my first time doing the river raft...i am so glad we did it!!! Our captain, James, let us try our hand at rafting. He also let us swim in the river and even had us swing into the river on a “vine!” We spent about an hour on the river.
the luminous lagoon is an absolute wonder to see! This tour took about 30 min. The captain, ninja, was very nice. All three of us jumped into the water. Let the photographer (paparazzi) take your photo—and lots of them—they airdropped all the photos they took of all three of us for $30. (Your camera will not be able to capture the colors).
If you are unsure about booking an excursion, message the ladies from advenique—you will be totally happy!!!

The pick up and drop off was great, driver Omar was professional and arrived on time. The rafting was a good experience. The captain was professional and fun who explained the historic land marks through out the trip and offered us to row. The luminous lagoon was also good, they fed us before the trip out to the lagoon. Water was warm, the captains and life guards were also professional and fun.

After having a great experience with Advenique this past December on the Martha Brae and Luminous Lagoon tour, I knew I had to contact advenique to plan my excursions again!
When I arrived in Jamaica this April I emailed Advenique right away. They responded quickly to my request. The owners came with the driver to pick me up from my resort, and they treated me like an old friend! I did the Martha Brae and Luminous lagoon tour with them again. To make this tour a little different, our knowledgeable driver, Whitney, took us through historic Foulmouth.
The following day, Advenique planned another wonderful excursion in which we visited Bob Marley’s home and resting place in Nine Miles, then we took a dive in the Irie Blue Hole. It was one of the best days of our trip. The drive really made the experience. Jason, our driver for the day, grew up in the area. We learned so much about living in the country in Jamaica. At the end of our trip, he even found us a great place to shop for souvenirs at reasonable prices.
Advenique is so thoughtful in planning tours and experiences. They are timely, friendly, accommodating, and eager to share their love for Jamaica with you. I will plan all of my future excursions with Advenique.

Martha Brave rafting on the Martha Brae River was beautiful & relaxing. Franklin was our guide & he provided information on the trees & plants along the river (bananas can be purple & each tree only produces one time).
The luminous lagoon tour was amazing! Bring your bathing suit & towel if you want to go into the water and produce fluorescent blue swirls with your movements. Truly amazing!

Trip Advisor stated they we would be picked up at 12:30 on our confirmation letter. Our shuttle did not arrive until 2:30. We were told 12:30 and the driver was told by his company 2:30. When we arrived at the park, it was closed. There was an unfortunate accident that had just occured and they closed the river for investigation. We understand the reason for the closure, but have not been able to get a refund from Tripadvisor or even a call back or communication through e-mail. We feel that we lost a full day of vacation plus $180.00. Would appreciate a full refund by Trip Advisor.

The overall tour guide for the three mini-excursions was exceptional.
The boat trip to the lagoon and the swimming in the bio-luminous water was amazing. Our boat's captain was hysterical and kept up a quick banter with the entire group.
Rafting on the Martha was relaxing and unhurried. Would encourage anyone to try.

I loved the rafting experience.Our raft captain,Bob,blew our minds. His skills and expertise are a force to reckon. He also shared with us alot of history about Jamaica, which was really great.
Our tour guide and driver, Warren, was really great too. We feel like we learned the most about the country's history and people, in the few hours we spent with him. We got to experince a fish hut and I had some of the best fish I have had. Warren was so kind to also drive us through the historic city of Falmouth. We took away experinces that will stick with us for the rest of our lives.

Hi there we are staying at Runaway bay Royal Decameron from frid 22nd next week for 10 days and wondered if there is a trip pick up from this hotel and how much it costs per adult. Also are there days quieter than others due to no cruise arrivals that day. Any info great help thanks

Hi!
We do offer transfers from your hotel for all our options. All our prices include transfers so no worries. As it relates to cruise ship days, depending on where you are going it will not affect you going out. Wednesdays and Thursdays are mainly ship days in Ocho Rios however it varies. During these days the theme parks are mainly affected.
