Read trip advisor reviews and always looking for new things to do near Ocho Rios so decided to visit. The site is an active Chukka zip line operation. There is a sign that points to Cranbrook Gardens and a path beyond. I think if we would have had the confidence (there are no maps anywhere) to just head out on... More

This was a wonderful experience after zip-lining and enjoying a relaxing walk through this forest with the different variety of flowers throughout.

We drove ourselves to here in a hire car and it was helpful that this was a Suzuki Jimny as the approach road is awful. The gardens are lovely and we walked a fair way up the river into the forest and saw streamertails. Beware the drink prices - USD 6 for a Coke is EXTORTIONATE unless they meant a... More

I absolutely loved this place. We were greeted by peacocks (actual peacocks) and they put on a show lol. The property is so well kept and clean. A lovely place with a variety of activities to do (hike, bike, zip lining) or just relax by the river that flows through the property, have a picnic, go on the swings or... More

This is a nice picnic spot en route Kingston from Ochi or Port Antonio off the 'freeway'. The place is picturesque and well maintained. And given the fact that it is a free attraction, you can't go wrong. Plenty of picture opportunities. The wading river was a nice plus. You could even taking a dip in the many small pools... More

We visited Cranbrook Flower Forest April 10, '08. We loved Cranbrook - went on the River Nature Trail on our own, even though we could have had a guide. The path to the end, at the river head, seemed fairly easy to figure out & our tour guide, Wentworth assured us it was safe enough to go on our own.... More

THere's a majestic riveer running the entire property, you can walk for about 30 minutes along side the river up hill to find one of the many swimming holes. It's truly amazing.
