There are better beaches in the Caribean, this beach is very crowded and the best sector is occupied by Club Med. Swimming is fine but snorkling is difficult, very windy.

Saint Anne Beach is very nice with its white sand and turquoise crystal water. It may be crowded on weekends.

St Anne is a beautiful beach - clean and clear. The only complaint is that is was very crowded. That may be because we were there during Carnivale

Visited this beach with my husband. Beautiful beach, very calm water not that deep. This is a unique beach bc there is a spice market selling lots of stuff right on the beach. Also it's a French Island, so keep in mind there is lots...More

I don't really understand the popularity of this beach. Overcrowded and hard to park, the sheer volume of people put me off. However, I can see the appeal if you have kids as the beach is shallow and full of stuff for them to do...More

St Anne beach can't be judged on its own-- what makes it special is its proximity to the charming town of St. Anne, with its open air market, and various other amenities. A family could easily spend a day at this lovely beach, with gentle...More

the beach is really nice with long sandy spaces. it is also shallow and has access to nice restaurants to eat at if you don't have your food with you. parking was a bit difficult. but it was all worth the effort. loved it.

So sorry I don't recall the total amount. I bargained with him outside the terminal but I do remember it wasn't very costly. Maybe $10 euros each??? Sorry!

What town does the cruise port stop at? It’s about a 20 minute ride from Gosier to Ste Anne Beach. A bit longer from Bas du Fort. I would think that is not so expensive as a taxi to Basse Terre or the west coast of... More
