About ScubaTech Grenada
ScubaTech is based at the Calabash Hotel, which nestles in the sheltered waters of Prickly Bay on the southern coast of the island. The hotel's jetty makes access to the dive boat easy and the location means that dive sites both on the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island are within easy reach. We have three full time diving instructors offering the complete range of PADI programs, daily dive excursions, non motorized watersports, sight seeing tours & sunset cruises. We offer the most individual service on the island, max 4 divers per Instructor/DM. We teach in English, French and German languages. Come and discover Grenada with your ScubaTech Dive Center.

My dad, sister, and I dove with the team 4 years ago for our first lionfish hunting dive. After our trip to Grenada was canceled last year, we were more than eager to get back out there this year to see the colorful waters! We were not disappointed!! Will be back next year!

I am a reasonably experienced diver (around 200 logged dives) and I had been diving the previous week locally. So it was great that we went straight for Shake’m and the shop had set up my equipment ready for Nitrox as I’d mentioned I am certified. These might seem like small things but I appreciate dive shops pitching dives to experience and I’ve really enjoyed my dives with Scubatech. We also were able to go a little off the plan when the DM realised that I’d been to Veronica L a lot and once the previous week, so we explored the surrounding reef instead. The boat is comfortable and easy to get in and out of and rental equipment looks decent (I have my own). Crews are professional and thorough.

Wonderful quick trip snorkeling to flamingo Bay and to the underwater sculpture garden. Our guide, Chris, was wonderful and we enjoyed talking with the owners.

Great diving with friendly and expert dive master. This was our first time staying at the Calabash and we’re excited to see a dive shop we hadn’t used before at the resort! Evelyn and the team were incredible from start to finish, we hadn’t dived in over a year but instantly felt at ease and in good hands. We were taken to a variety of dove sites each one better than the last, seeing a huge array of marine life and healthy reef. To add to this memorable experience we were even able to use the jetty for our wedding vows. We’ll certainly be returning to the Calabash and diving with Scubatech again.

I met St-John on my second trip to Grenada and second diving trip with ScubaTech. We had amazing dives. First dive is usualy a wreck dive like the Bianca C. or the Shakem. And the second dive is is usualy a reef dive like the Purple Rain or Shark Reefs. Yes they are small sharks on Shark Reefs...The reefs are so colorful and healthy it is hard to believe that some reefs across the world are suffering from bleaching. Eveline, Curtis and Bradley are doing a fantastic job planning and executing the dives. Adjusting the dives according to your needs, levels and interests. I am already planning my third trip to Grenada this October and yes I can't wait diving with ScubaTech again. Maybe with St-John.... ;)
