When in Grenada we love to get out, walk and meet with the local folk. One of our favourite walks is to Morne Rouge. With outstanding views, immaculate horse-shoe bay an very little visitors, it is heaven. You can always stop for a beer and...More

So just like some other reviewers, debated writing this and risking it getting overcrowded. Hoping that the unmarked roads, paths to get here keep it from getting overcrowded though! This is a fantastic beach. LOTS of shaded areas with trees (we even tied up a...More

Mourne Rouge beach is off the beaten path. This lovely beach can be found just north of Grand Anse. Beautiful clear Caribbean waters, fine white sand beach. Safe swimming for children. Not very busy at all...quiet. Lovely.

You're about 15 mins. or so from the airport to Morne Rouge, and anyone will take you... Depends on where you are staying if there's a shuttle or not. ENJOY!
