The best of all day-trips of Punta Cana. From a really beautiful port they'll take you to this exclusive beach of white sand and calm waters. After as many drinks as you like, alcohol and non, and a tasty starter you can choose your favorite...More
This beach is part of a larger tourist development. There are rumours online about having to have your passport to get here. We had to go through a checkpoint and tell the security guard where we were going. We were doubling up with a trip...More

Do the beaches vary much from the north to the south ? Are there certain (weather) days its better to be south ? are there "public" beaches off the resorts can take a taxi to for the day ?

Where is the preferred area to stay in Punta Cana? Its so hard just researching and comparing all the resorts. I don't want to be too isolated... i.e. if we want to do any of-property activities, or see a town. Also, are the beaches all pretty similar? I had been looking at Sanctuary Cap, near Juanillo, but I see most of the resorts are clustered ina totally different area, near Bavaro. Please help!
