Second, the fish finder was working proparly, but there are times when fish won't bite and nobody can guarantee the catch.

Next, the motor engine did broke down but on the way back, after you had 4 hour of fishing and it was fixed rapidly. The sea can be rough during winter months and we always worn about that fact.
Lastly, you were refunded on the same day, right after you get back to the hotel.
We also confronted you with the crew and sales rap, but when you saw you can't lie anymore, you changed the story on the spot. I guess you decided later to starts with the lays on internet.
