These guys were AMAZING. Our driver was legit standing as close as possible to the doors where you exit the airport with a big sign with my name on it. Nice clean van. They contacted me before my departure to make sure they came when I wanted them to. We went to the lobby almost 15 min ahead of the agreed upon time and our driver was already patiently waiting for us. I will use them again and again if we return!

If u plan to travel to Punta Cana, just call Julio from Punta Cana transfer. He will make your vacation stress free. He is very professional and will assist with your transportation needs and attraction plans.

Just returned from our trip to Secrets Cap Cana and can't recommend Punta Cana Transfer enough. From booking to pickup, the process was extremely efficient, easy and stress free. The communication was top notch via both email and text. We received communication upon booking, the day prior which proved invaluable and the day of our transfer to and from the Airport. Compared to the transfers offered via the hotel, this was super affordable. We were greeted at the airport with a separate sign and taken to our private car. Offered beer and water for the ride to the resort. Can't beat it!

This was my first time using a private transfer from airport to our resort they were prompt waiting for us with a sign with our names on it it cost exactly as quoted and our driver andres was very professional and knowledgeable of the area and route . next time In the area will use this service over the standard airport bus for sure

Very reasonably priced transfers compared to other companies and certainly better than taxis. Drivers were very friendly and safe driving. They were on time for both arrival and departure and made things much easier. Julio was a huge help, and keeps you updated on everything that’s going on.

We had a great time!! The private beaches were so beautiful and we even got to snorkel!!! It was so easy to book this adventure with this company and we really appreciated their knowledge about the island and where to go! So glad we took their advice on what to see and do because now we definitely want to come back and see what adventures they have next for us to try!!

The entire experience was excellent. I wasn't aware that I paid twice. I was contacted immediately on what's app by the company and issued a refund. We received full communication on what to expect upon arrival at the airport, this helped a lot, as this was our first time in the country. The driver was friendly and polite. The car had Wi-Fi service which allowed my other half to get caught up on work before arriving at hotel. Our plane arrived early and so did our driver! Overall an excellent experience. We will absolutely use this company again.

The services are well presented on the website, you can see the cost from the beginning (no hidden costs) and the communication was excellent. We received all the details in advance and reminders a day before, the driver was where and when he supposed to be, the transport was done in time and without any issues.
