We are a Tour Operator located in Punta Cana which we offer a service with the passenger to make your vacation an unforgettable trip. We have competitive prices in the market and what sets us apart is the constant deal with the passenger on all of his vacations, giving him the security they need when traveling abroad.

Beautiful beach with clear water and soft white sand. Unfortunately the corals nearby are severely damaged and not much growth was noted. You can see fish but limited. Kids enjoyed the whole trip and the food was very good too. Some local sold us a large fresh fish and some shrimp skewers. Very delicious.

This place is majestic... unfortunately not all tourists are going to the Island for its beauty but to get completely wasted on their way there. Excursions don't care much about their paradise but to get you there and make you pay a ridiculous amount of money for pictures on the famous palm tree showcased here with a line-up long enough for you not no enjoy the beach during the short-term visit.

Pick up at the Airport and Hotel was great, I didn't have any problem at all with them.

Worst airport transfer ever! We had booked arrival and departure transfer through the accommodation (rental condo) who recommended their service. Upon arrival we asked for a stop at the National Supermarket not far from the airport as it has been suggested by the owner of the condo. They said the supermarket is closed which was a lie - we passed there and the parking was full of cars and according to their website, it was still open for more than two hours longer. Then we entered the bus - which was smelling and looked worn and dirty and found out there are no safety belts. We asked about that and the driver found this very funny! While driving he texted and chattet on two phones simultaneously and if this was not enough, consulted a long list. He speeded just to then stop somewhere to wait for someone to chat with, then again speeded and overtook cars with no view at all. We arrived shocked after this horror drive. Once near our condo he told us there is a supermarket we could go shopping now and which is much better than the one we wanted - we declined and went to this supermarket the day after and found it has a very limited choice. He probably gets paid if he brings in customers.
It goes without saying that we cancelled our return transfer and booked with e-transfers instead who had a clean and functioning car and an educated and friendly driver and even cost less (US 30.00 instead of US 35.00 with Merenba!)

very nice resort on top of a hill, overlooking the bay, quite exclusive.

6 of us were picked up Bahia principe hotel in Punta Cana in a very comfortable mini bus . We went directly to side by side adventure and joined 6 other people in our group. The ride on the boogie side by side Jeep’s was fun, although we had to change jeeps 3 times as each one had something broken on it. Once we had a working vehicle, we had a great tome. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The walk through the eco reserve was easy to the natural pool. We spent almost an hour there which was a bit too long for us. The transfer by mini bus to the catamaran took about 10 minutes. The catamaran was clean, new, with excellent staff. We were given VIP service with rum drinks and beer and water. The 30 minute trip along the Punta Cana shore was beautiful to Playa Blanca where we had the most awesome lunch. The shortfall at the beach was the lack of lounge chairs. There were none for us so we just stood in the water. After that we went to a sandbar and played a game in the water. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. They were a lot of fun. The music was great. I highly recommend this trip which was booked with Coming2 in our resort lobby. Price was $126 USD. Well worth it!

When we arrived at the airport, there was no sign for Merenba tours nor my name on a placard. I had to walk the entirety of ground transportation area 5 times possibly more. I finally asked a different tour company and and they called Tropical Sky. Our car to our hotel was good. However our ride back to the airport was a shuttle with cracked windshield and lots of molds on the roof. I messaged Pablo which was our Tropical Sky contact and said we booked a private transfer so since it was just my husband and I, that means it’s a private transfer. That would have been ok for us however I am allergic to molds so definitely a 3 star for me. It was also difficult to get a confirmation pick up time from Pablo and he never sent the driver’s name and the picture of our ride as promised.

It took over 6 hours of traveling to get to the island for only 2 hours on the island. The island was beautiful and so was the water. Just know what you’re getting into before you go. You don’t get breakfast either, you do get lunch once you get to the island.
