1st visit to Dominican Republic
This was a birthday get away for my sister and our first visit to DR. Best made our experience just that...the best. All of the staff was excelente, but I must admit Henry was the absolute epitome of what customer service should be. Very courteous and patient, he even followed up to assure that we made it safely to our resort. We can't wait to go back.

OMG!, Just Amazing

There are many tours to choose from, and you might be afraid to book this trip because it's an all day event.. But if you miss this excursion, you will regret it.... Saona Island has the most beautiful water I have ever seen and I have been traveling the entire Caribbean for the past 35 years. This place was amazing, and totally worth the time & expense.

This airport transfer was amazing! They communicate so well and you get instant replies via WhatsApp. I had to change the pick up time from the resort to the airport and they were completely ok with it. They were ready when we arrived for the airport as well. Well worth it!

I abs love this airport shuttle service! They communicate so well and such quick responses via WhatsApp. I forgot our drivers name, but both were very professional and even let us use the WiFi. I’m definitely booking again for a large group this year.

Wonderful day
We had a beautiful day! Maximo was arranged to be our driver, though he did not speak English he had a translator on his phone and did the best he could do and was so friendly and very safe driver! He works long days for his family! We stopped at a little store along the way for shopping, bathroom or drink and snack! We meant with our tour guide who would provide beautiful photos for your family to enjoy at a great price I can’t remember how to pronounce his name correctly but we will call him ‘Yea Baby’ if you get him you will know why!!! We enjoyed empanadas at the stop and refreshments! Once left we got to the spot to get on Catamaran, we were greeted by ‘Big Sexy Black Banana’ who describes all we will expect!! We were taken to the catamaran and it was a beautiful ride and very enjoyable! They had entertainment and lots of drinks available! Once we got to Saona Island we go from catamaran to small boat to be taken to shore! We had a lovely almost three hours to enjoy the beautiful beach and unlimited drinks. The food was ok and they have plenty of it! The rum is endless!!! I love that the lounge chairs were included. The guides come by and check regularly if everything is ok! There are people trying to sell stuff so beware and they will put necklace right on your kids that is one complaint. I also recommend you bring your own hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes as the bathroom on island are questionable, but the lady is very attentive to them, bless her heart what a unappealing and I am sure unappreciative job she has. When we left the Island our boat had a couple little mechanical problems, it’s much more entertaining than anything and they all did a great job ensuring our safety and had someone help us quickly! We arrived to the Blue lagoon for a nice dip and more drinks and it was beautiful also!!! We had a fantastic day, it’s very well organized and the workers seem to enjoy their job despite the criticism I see they take off other people. Thank you guys for giving my family and I a beautiful memorable day!!!

I would highly recommend this to every one. Great service
My husband and I traveled to Punta Cana and found airport transfer through Viator. Best Punta Cana tour/Henry was very responsive to our booking and the driver Alex was puntual and professional. We were so impressed with their hospitality that, also ended up booking a buggy tour.

I highly recommend Best Punta Cana tour for all of your travels.

Henry is best tour guide company ever I can suggest for anyone. Most reliable, trustworthy and very honest company. My husband forgot his cell phone in the shuttle but Henry came back in personal car, took us to shuttle and we were able to find our phone back successfully. He explains everything so well and he knows the history of this place. He makes everyone feel most welcomed and just like family member. I would like to book him again in future whoever I visit puntacana. THANK YOU HENRY SO MUCH for everything and your Generosity!
