Great service, clean areas. The beach is great but needs some cleaning at the kids' area of the beach. It is 20 dollars for minimum consumption per adult and 10 for kids. You will use every bit of it. Free after 5 pm. Just keep in mind that it is a tourist place. The drinks, the first one was water down but the staff changed it for us. Beer is your best choice and drinks Presidente, it is a local pilsner beer and it is 5 dollars. Keep in mind that you can get it at a local store for a dollar or less (can beer) As much as people complain about the price and food, keep in mind that it is a beach restaurant, it is not the four seasons. For the 20 dollars, it was a relaxing afternoon and I expend 150 dollars for snacks, lunch, and drinks for two adults and a child. (several drinks for all, including water, beers, mojitos, and Pina Coladas. From 9 am to 530 pm, not bad for 20 dollars. Outside of that, I could not make it an everyday

We went to Playa Blanca in the late afternoon while it was pretty hot. The kids wanted to do some kind of water activity. There were many options: paddle boarding, snorkeling, banana boat, etc. which were not very expensive for a 1 hr rental (~$20/hr). The kids chose paddle boarding and they had their own personal instructor. The instructors were very good and patient with the kids, considering it was their first time paddle boarding; the waters were beautiful. We also ate lunch there - good prices and delicious foods. We got passion fruit juices and lots of seafood. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I tried to go meet my friends but they said I have to pay a minion of $30 to access the beach. That price goes toward food and drink. My friends enjoyed themselves. Maybe next time

OVERALL: Bad Service. Overpriced. Will not return. Our Trip Advisor reviews are reserved for praising and highlighting great service. However, we feel obligated to warn others. THE SET-UP: Our Airbnb host recommended this beach for our last day before flying back to DC. We paid $30 per person for admissions (goes towards restaurant expense)...fine. We got to the beach... can we say gorgeous?! Corals here and there..wear water shoes. Beautiful sight! Calm waters. Natural resources here are not lacking beauty!! It’s a Tuesday, six servers, four bartenders, and about 60 customers (adults and children). Super laid back atmosphere. We get to the beach chairs.. zero hassle. We find two quickly. THE SERVICES and PRODUCTS: Terrible service. Drinks? Watered down sugary drinks. We asked for another drink. An hour later..No drink. Called over another server( where did the first server go?) Lost trust.. asked for a simple coke on the rocks. Can’t mess that up, right? Server returns quickly. Server comes back with Coke, personal questions and assumptions about origin, etc. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. We are extremely disappointed and embarrassed for this establishment. The place is so beautiful but their staff is ruining it! We also gathered that if you’re staying here you have a wrist band. Different treatment?? Perhaps if you book lodging here, you might be treated differently. Maybe! Carlos, server in the white guayabera (Cuban shirt) saved the evening at about 5:30pm. Thank you! Decent service. COST: We order a Coke and two adequate appetizers (fried sample plate and boiled lobster chucks over greens). $60 gone.
