We needed a break from the sun so the mall was a good choice. Free shuttle from some hotels. You need to go into three stores for a stamp for your return ride. That process is painless, ignore the people complaining about this. There are plenty of shops to keep you occupied for the almost two hours you’ll be at the mall before you catch the shuttle home. The burgers at the Butcher Shop are delicious, and the coffee drinks aren’t bad either! There’s also a higher end grocery store attached that has some interesting nonperishable items that would make good souvenirs for the foodie in your life. The stores are pricey, but you know that going in. I would return, it’s a good outing.

I read about this mall having a shuttle service when deciding on Punta Cana. Ironically my husband forgot his shoes at home so we needed to him a pair right away. Our hotel couldn’t provide any information, so they said. I found the phone number in a local travel info blog. That was the hardest thing about the process so I’ll put it here - +1 (829) 521-2388. A quick text, a pick up in less than an hour and a new pair of leather shoes found. By simply going into 3 shops our return trip, of basically equal distance as the airport, was free. This is a great savings. While not a lot of shops or multilevel, we were able to kill a couple of hours. The ice cream stand had amazing varieties. Driver was very nice and the trip felt very safe.

Our hotel didn’t offer the free shuttle, but I read online that the mall offered a service for $5 return per person. Contacted the mall by WhatsApp and arranged it for next day. Great customer service. Driver arrived promptly, clean and private shuttle. No need to collect stamps. Had visited mall previously, varied selection of stores and eateries. Great break for a couple of hours away from the resort. Would recommend and customer service arranging transportation was excellent.

With the free shuttle it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re like me and get bored after several days inside a resort. there’s really only one big brand shopping mall in Punta Cana and it’s this one. will be visiting downtown mall before i leave as well. Some stores are a bit overpriced, depending on where you come from most likely.

Went to blue mall to get out of our resort as it was raining. Hotel shuttle takes you there. Looks very modern mall and got on handful of shops open . The prices are ridiculously high. This mall is for tourists from hotels cos you have got to get your return ticket stamped by a cashier in any shop even without purchasing anything. Overall waste of time and money

Blue Mall is getting more and more complete year after year. Now has more stores to offer with merchandise related to your needs. It is expensive yet, but if stores continue to be added probably that will change. Good offer of restaurant.
