Our driver, Antonio, was so charismatic! He picked us up on time from the hotel every time our butler called for them. Antonio took us to Pollos Victorina and a mall in Punta Cana. He made sure we were safe. He also recommended an amazing excursion, La Hacienda, and helped us coordinate everything. He also picked us up to take us back to the airport upon departure and offered his well wishes and blessings, which was so refreshing. We had such a great experience and will definitely be using their services again when we go back to Punta Cana.

I used them round trip from the airport and it worked out great. My hotel called them to confirm pickup on return and everything work very smoothly.

I booked PUJ Transfers for a round trip transfer between the airport and our resort.
They were roughly a half hour late when we arrived, which led to me fighting off taxi and excursion companies outside of the terminal while we tried to reach them. "2 minutes away" they told us.
Ten minutes later, a minivan showed up - which was strange since we had booked a SUV. We got in to find the driver spoke zero English.
It turns out, he wasn't our "real" driver - we would meet him a few minutes later, on the side of the road outside the airport. He was nice enough and had the type of vehicle we had paid for. But, getting traded off on the side of the road in a country I had never visited was not an experience I was looking for.
During our ride, he was using a translator app to help communicate. At one point, he made an error in using the translator app versus talk to type and we heard some things he was relaying about us to whoever was on the other end.
The morning we were heading back to the airport, I reached out to confirm our 2:30 departure. They responded that we were confirmed for the pick up. Why I wanted to ride with this company again was beyond me - beyond that I had already paid for it and it was a short ride.
At 2:50, with the transfer 20 minutes late and us having a plane to catch, they were not answering the calls from us or our resort, so we ended up paying for a taxi to take us to the airport.
Do yourself a favor - book anyone else.

Bottom Line: Highly recommend. Clean, punctual, and will wait for you if you're running a little behind. Refund for last minute travel changes was not an issue. Actually, the cheapest service I found too!
My wife took this from the airport (PUJ) to the resort. The plane was a little late and she ended up being ~30min behind schedule. The driver waited. Payment on the way (we only put down the deposit) was a little unorthodox, but the trip was good and the vehicle was clean.
On the way back, she had a change of plans and cancellation (of the entire charge this time) was not an issue.
We'll use PUJ Transfers again!

Great service!. Our flight was delayed but he was still at the airport. I liked that my van had WiFi and my driver was on time for pick up from the hotel.

We paid for airport to hotel round trip transportation in advance. The driver never showed up for either transports. When we asked for help at the airport, no one had ever heard of the company and could not help us contact them. I emailed them to see if they would be picking us up for the return to the airport. They responded that they would but again never came. So I had to pay again for another driver each way. This company never refunded my payment even though they provided no service.

I booked PUJ Transfers for round trip transfer between airport and our resort. I went through PAYPAL. It indicated the payee was a Nandy Medina Valdez -
todoperfumesrd@gmail.com??? I was skeptical and initially launched an inquiry. Much to my better judgement, I allowed it to go through. PUJ Transfers sent me an email CONFIRMING MY PICKUP/RETURN DATES AND TIMES.
THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP AT THE AIRPORT.
I tried to calling them however their 1-800 number in their website was out of service!?. Frustrating to say the least. We then took the bus to our resort. Nice start to our anniversary trip.I sent them an email. They sent back an email stating there had been a miscommunication with their driver and apologised. They said they would refund half the trip cost. They CONFIRMED THEY WOULD BE PICKING US UP at our resort for the return trip to the airport with the date and times agreed upon. On the return date, they arrived AN HOUR EARLY apparently looking for us in the lobby. We had went for breakfast during this time. We returned to the lobby and were told by the concierge THEY HAD ALREADY LEFT.
THEY FAILED TO PICK US UP AT THE HOTEL
Now, I even had my cell on me and my telephone number was clearly available to them in the email confirmation! NO CALL?? We then had to take a cab to the airport at an extra cost of $40 USD, of which we had to stop at a bank in order retrieve these extra funds to pay the cabbie.!! After arriving at the airport and post check-in, PUJTransfers emailed me and said the driver was at THE HOTEL LOBBY WAITING FOR US??? OH MY GOD!!! I have since made several email requests to PUJ Transfers for a FULL REFUND + 40 USD for the cab. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE REPLY. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I booked with PUJ transfers because of the price compared to the other companies. Our driver was not present at our time of arrival. I contacted PUJ transfers numerous times and they would not answer. The phone number provided on their website seems to be out of service. I emailed them twice and they have yet to reply. I’m still waiting for my money back. We had to pay another shuttle company to take us to the hotel. Do not waste your time. Book with someone more reliable!!!!!

The website advertises 59.98 r/t, but for Excellence El Carmen it is 104. Is this correct?

Hi Linny, thanks to contact us! 59.98 R/T rate is for hotels in Punta Cana are (25 minutes away from PUJ Transfers). Excellence El Carmen is located in Uvero Alto (50 minutes away from PUJ Airport), thats why the difference in the rate.
