Here is the website (Trip Advisor doesn't allow website links so make sure you fix the following). saona-tourscom. If you open it through Google, Google provides an option to translate in English. I did the Isla Saona VIP tour and it was $65 pp (approx 3000 pesos). They leave out of Bayahibe, which I think is close to La Romana. They provide shuttles from different locations, so you may very well be able to get a shuttle from La Romana to Bayahibe. This Isla Saona tour was significantly cheaper than any other Saona Island tour I found, including the one the resort recommended. I stayed at the Westin, but I found out about the tour through another guest and booked it myself through their website. I hope this helps! Feel free to ask if you have any other questions!
