For the $99 US person we thought there was a lot of big for your buck. Glass bottom submarine, snorkeling, speed boat, natural pool, lunch on the Island and catamaran. Unfortunately both my husband and I got sick. We were feeling fine until the BBQ lunch provided on the Island as part of the tour. We mentioned we got sick... More

We started our trip in a speed boot very early from Bayahibe and picked up some others in Dominicus. We were the first ones on Canto de la Playa... we had the beach for ourselfs for almost half an hour. Incredible! The timing was always fantastic. We almost felt that there were no other tourists on the island. Staff was... More

We went on a excursion to Saona. What a day! We went with about 40 people on a speedboat. First we ent to a private beach at Saona where we could snorkel. We saw a natural aquarium with lots of different fish and we even saw barracuda!!! Exceptional and breathtaking. Then the excursion went to the only village on Saona,... More

Great Couples Excursion!!This was our 2nd excursion to Saona Island! We were on that side of the island and only had a 10 minute travel ride, this was really one of the best parts! Food, Bar and staff were great as they were the 1st time we went. 110$ for each person and this was alcohol, snorkeling and riding on... More

We weren't able to attend the excursion as it was our last day in Punta Cana and it was raining. Unfortunately, we had to cancel. But I experienced an excellent customer service as Capitan Gringo was replying our emails fast (first we got in touch a couple of months ago) and once we arrived to Punta Cana we continued to... Did my review prior to going on my vacation I thought I was being smart saving 20 bucks going with Capitan Gringo but I regret it. They are not a certified company hence they are around 15 to 20 bucks cheaper than any hotel will offer you but the difference is that the hotel will be responsible if anything happens... More

If I could give this tour group more than five stars I would! Anyone who reads my reviews or who knows me, knows I am pretty discerning and picky. Ok, hard to please. This group was referred by someone I met at the resort I am staying at, and I am SO glad I listened. The staff is very friendly... More

We were able to contact them by WhatsApp and they answered very quickly. We took the family trip to Saona Island and it was worth it (4 adults and 5 kids from 15 to 12 years and we all had a great time) Transportation was on time at the hotel early in the morning, picked up other guests and then... I really recommend this people. Pick up on time. I did the Island of Saona and Chavon River. I spend all day. We have few stop in different places including the natural pool where you are in the middle of the ocean and you can sit and walk to look for sea stars.
